Frame Your Experience Around GPU Infrastructure Procurement
Fluidstack operates in the AI compute and cloud GPU space, so procurement candidates who can speak to hardware vendor relationships, data center supply chains, or hyperscaler contracts will stand out over generalist sourcing backgrounds.
Confirm Your Degree Aligns With the Role
E-3 eligibility requires a degree in a field directly related to your job duties. For procurement at a technology company, degrees in supply chain, business, or engineering typically satisfy this. A finance or economics degree may require a stronger field-to-role narrative in your supporting documents.
Target Fluidstack's Open Roles Before They Close
Fluidstack's procurement headcount is actively expanding. Use Migrate Mate to filter and track open procurement positions at Fluidstack, so you're applying early rather than finding roles after they've filled.
Ask About LCA Timing Before Accepting an Offer
Your employer must file a certified Labor Condition Application with the DOL before you can attend your visa interview. During offer negotiation, confirm that Fluidstack's HR team has initiated this process so your start date is realistic.
Prepare Vendor References That Show Specialty Knowledge
Consular officers assess whether your role genuinely requires a specialized degree. Concrete examples of vendor negotiations, RFP management, or contract structures in tech hardware or software procurement strengthen your case more than a job title alone.
Account for the Full E-3 Timeline When Planning Your Start Date
From a signed offer to a visa interview appointment in Sydney, Melbourne, or Perth, the process typically takes four to eight weeks depending on consulate wait times. Build this into your notice period conversation with your current employer.

Find Procurement at Fluidstack JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Fluidstack sponsor H-1B visas for Procurements?
Fluidstack's documented sponsorship activity for procurement roles is in the E-3 category, which is available exclusively to Australian citizens. The H-1B is subject to an annual lottery with no guarantee of selection, whereas the E-3 has no lottery and a consistently undersubscribed annual cap. If you're Australian, the E-3 is the practical path here.
How do I apply for Procurement jobs at Fluidstack?
You can find and apply for open procurement roles at Fluidstack through Migrate Mate, which filters for visa-sponsoring employers and surfaces relevant openings for E-3 eligible candidates. When you apply, tailor your resume to reflect the technology infrastructure and vendor management context of Fluidstack's business rather than submitting a generic procurement CV.
Which visa types does Fluidstack use for Procurement roles?
The E-3 visa is the primary sponsorship pathway Fluidstack has used for procurement positions. The E-3 is available only to Australian nationals, requires a job offer in a specialty occupation, and allows two-year renewable stays with no cap pressure. It requires your employer to file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL before your consular interview.
What qualifications does Fluidstack expect for Procurement roles?
Procurement roles in the AI infrastructure space typically require a bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field, plus demonstrated experience in vendor sourcing or contract management. Fluidstack's procurement function focuses on technology hardware and cloud compute supply chains, so familiarity with those categories carries more weight than general commercial procurement experience.
How do I plan the timeline for starting a Procurement role at Fluidstack on an E-3?
Once you have a signed offer, your employer initiates the Labor Condition Application with the DOL, which typically takes one to two weeks to certify. You then complete the DS-160, pay the visa fee, and book a consular appointment. Current appointment wait times across Australian consulates range from two to six weeks. Plan for a total lead time of four to eight weeks from offer to visa-in-hand.
