Align your credentials to compute infrastructure needs
Fluidstack operates GPU and AI infrastructure at scale, so Supply Chain experience in hardware procurement, data center components, or semiconductor logistics will resonate far more than general logistics backgrounds. Frame your resume around those specific supply domains.
Confirm E-3 eligibility before applying
The E-3 visa is available exclusively to Australian citizens and requires a confirmed job offer in a specialty occupation. Verify your passport and degree meet both requirements before reaching the offer stage, so you're not scrambling during negotiations.
Target Fluidstack's hardware and vendor operations openings
Fluidstack's Supply Chain hiring tends to cluster around vendor management, component sourcing, and fulfillment for its compute clusters. Filter open roles by those keywords rather than browsing broad Supply Chain listings, which narrows your applications to positions with the clearest sponsorship precedent.
Use Migrate Mate to surface active sponsorship roles
Search Migrate Mate's job board to filter Fluidstack Supply Chain roles by E-3 sponsorship availability. This saves you from applying to positions where sponsorship hasn't been confirmed and focuses your effort on verified opportunities.
Push for an LCA filing timeline at offer stage
Once you have an offer, your employer must file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL before your E-3 visa application can proceed. Ask your hiring contact early what their typical LCA turnaround looks like, so your start date planning is realistic.
Prepare specialty occupation documentation proactively
Supply Chain roles can attract scrutiny at the consulate if the connection between your degree field and the job duties isn't explicit. Draft a brief written summary linking your academic background to the specific technical scope of the Fluidstack role before your visa interview.

Does Fluidstack sponsor H-1B visas for Supply Chains?
Fluidstack's documented sponsorship activity for Supply Chain roles is in the E-3 category, which is available to Australian citizens. The H-1B is a separate visa category that requires USCIS lottery selection each April and is subject to an annual cap. If you're not Australian, you'd need to discuss H-1B eligibility directly with Fluidstack's recruiting team.
How do I apply for Supply Chain jobs at Fluidstack?
Applications go through Fluidstack's careers page, where Supply Chain roles are listed under operations or infrastructure functions. Migrate Mate also surfaces these openings filtered by visa sponsorship type, which helps you identify positions where E-3 sponsorship is available before you invest time in a full application. Tailor your materials to Fluidstack's compute hardware focus.
Which visa types are commonly used for Supply Chain roles at Fluidstack?
The E-3 visa is the primary sponsorship pathway Fluidstack has used for Supply Chain positions. The E-3 is limited to Australian citizens, requires a specialty occupation job offer, and is renewable in two-year increments with no lifetime cap. It's generally faster to obtain than the H-1B because it bypasses the annual lottery and has its own separate annual allocation that historically goes unfilled.
What qualifications does Fluidstack expect for Supply Chain roles?
Fluidstack's Supply Chain roles typically require a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, operations, or a related field, given the specialty occupation requirement for E-3 eligibility. Practical experience in hardware procurement, vendor negotiations, or logistics for technical infrastructure is valued. Familiarity with the GPU or semiconductor supply ecosystem is a meaningful differentiator for roles tied to Fluidstack's AI compute business.
How do I plan the timeline for an E-3 visa when starting a Supply Chain role at Fluidstack?
The core sequencing is: job offer, then DOL-certified Labor Condition Application, then consulate interview and visa issuance. LCA certification from the DOL typically takes one to two weeks. Consulate appointment availability in Australia varies by location, but most applicants move from offer to visa stamp within four to six weeks. Building that window into your start date conversation with Fluidstack avoids unnecessary pressure.
