Target roles that align with their core pharmaceutical operations
Fresenius Kabi USA's sponsorship activity is concentrated in technical and scientific roles tied to drug development, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs. Focus your applications on positions where specialized credentials are genuinely required, not generalist roles.
Understand that Green Card sponsorship is a realistic long-term path
Fresenius Kabi USA has a track record of sponsoring permanent residency, not just temporary work visas. If long-term U.S. immigration is your goal, ask directly about EB-2 and EB-3 pathways during the interview process.
Prepare for a technical hiring process before immigration discussions
Pharmaceutical and biotech employers like Fresenius Kabi USA evaluate deep domain expertise first. Demonstrate strong knowledge of GMP compliance, pharmaceutical sciences, or your specific discipline before raising sponsorship in conversations with recruiters.
Research their product portfolio to show industry fluency
Fresenius Kabi specializes in IV drugs, infusion therapies, and clinical nutrition. Candidates who speak specifically to these product areas, rather than pharma broadly, signal genuine fit and stand out in a technically demanding hiring environment.
Filter for verified sponsors before applying broadly
Not every pharma company sponsors visas consistently. Use Migrate Mate to filter by real sponsorship history so you're only investing time in companies like Fresenius Kabi USA that have an active, documented track record.
Raise sponsorship early with HR, not your hiring manager
At companies of Fresenius Kabi USA's size, immigration logistics are handled by HR or a dedicated legal team. Bring up your visa situation in the HR screening call rather than waiting until an offer stage to avoid late-stage surprises.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Fresenius Kabi USA sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Fresenius Kabi USA sponsors H-1B visas. Their sponsorship activity is primarily focused on specialized technical and scientific roles within their pharmaceutical and biotechnology operations. If you hold or need an H-1B, target roles in areas like drug manufacturing, regulatory affairs, or research where degree-level expertise is a firm requirement for the position.
What types of visas does Fresenius Kabi USA sponsor?
Fresenius Kabi USA sponsors both nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, including H-1B for temporary skilled workers and EB-2 and EB-3 categories for permanent residency. This makes them a meaningful option for international candidates who want both a near-term work authorization path and a realistic route to a Green Card without switching employers.
Which departments or roles at Fresenius Kabi USA are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Fresenius Kabi USA tends to follow their core business in intravenous pharmaceuticals, infusion therapy, and clinical nutrition. Roles in pharmaceutical sciences, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, manufacturing engineering, and research and development are the most likely candidates. Positions requiring a highly specific degree in chemistry, biology, or pharmaceutical sciences are especially strong fits for sponsored roles.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Fresenius Kabi USA?
The most efficient way is to use Migrate Mate, which surfaces employers with verified sponsorship histories so you can browse Fresenius Kabi USA's open roles knowing the company has actually sponsored visas. This saves you from applying to roles at companies with no real sponsorship track record. Filter by visa type to match your specific situation, whether you need H-1B sponsorship or are looking for employers who support Green Card petitions.
How do I improve my chances of getting sponsored by Fresenius Kabi USA?
Lead with technical depth. Fresenius Kabi USA operates in a regulated pharmaceutical environment where domain expertise, familiarity with GMP standards, and relevant credentials matter more than general work experience. Candidates who can speak directly to their product areas, such as sterile injectables or enteral nutrition, and who raise visa requirements transparently early in the HR process tend to move through the pipeline more smoothly.
