What You Need
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least five years of experience recruiting for technical roles in software engineering, data engineering, platform engineering or cybersecurity required
- Demonstrated success sourcing, engaging and qualifying passive technical candidates required
- Strong understanding of software engineering, data engineering and cybersecurity skill sets required
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes required
- Experience using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-assisted sourcing platforms and/or similar recruiting tools preferred
- A commitment to working on-site at Gallup's San Francisco office at least three days per week required
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
