Job Roles at Brunswick
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Brunswick Green Card Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target engineering and technical roles
Brunswick's manufacturing operations rely heavily on engineers, product developers, and technical specialists. These roles align most closely with Green Card sponsorship pathways, particularly EB-2 and EB-3 categories that favor specialized skill sets in industrial and mechanical fields.
Understand the PERM labor certification process
Brunswick's Green Card sponsorships typically begin with PERM, where the company must document that no qualified U.S. worker is available. Demonstrating specialized skills during hiring strengthens your position and signals to recruiters that you're a strong long-term investment.
Raise sponsorship early in the hiring conversation
Manufacturing employers like Brunswick plan workforce budgets carefully. Bringing up Green Card sponsorship during early-stage interviews signals transparency and helps hiring managers assess timeline feasibility before an offer is extended, avoiding surprises late in the process.
Use verified sponsorship data to find open roles
Not every Brunswick job listing mentions visa sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus your applications on roles where Green Card support is actually available rather than guessing from job ads.
Position yourself for long-term retention
Green Card sponsorship is a multi-year commitment for any employer. Emphasizing your long-term career goals within Brunswick's business lines, such as marine, fitness, or advanced manufacturing, signals that you're not just seeking visa support but genuine professional growth with the company.
Confirm sponsorship scope before accepting an offer
Ask specifically whether Brunswick's sponsorship covers both the immigrant petition and permanent residency filing stages. Some employers sponsor the initial petition but not the full Green Card process, so clarifying the scope in writing protects you from unexpected gaps down the line.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Brunswick sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, Brunswick sponsors Green Card visas for eligible employees. The company files Green Card petitions primarily through employment-based categories such as EB-2 and EB-3, supporting workers in technical, engineering, and professional roles across its manufacturing divisions. Candidates should confirm sponsorship availability for their specific role during the hiring process.
Which roles and departments at Brunswick typically receive Green Card sponsorship?
Green Card sponsorship at Brunswick is most common in engineering, product development, manufacturing operations, and research and development functions. Roles requiring specialized technical qualifications tend to be the strongest candidates for sponsorship. Corporate and administrative positions may be eligible but are generally less frequently sponsored than hands-on technical roles.
How does the Green Card application process work at Brunswick?
Brunswick typically initiates the Green Card process through PERM labor certification, where the company documents that no equally qualified U.S. worker is available for the position. After PERM approval, Brunswick files an immigrant petition on your behalf. You or an immigration attorney then pursue adjustment of status or consular processing to obtain permanent residency.
How long does the Green Card process take at Brunswick?
The overall timeline depends on your country of birth, visa category, and USCIS processing speeds. PERM labor certification alone can take a year or more, and petition approval adds additional time. Applicants born in countries with high demand, such as India or China, may face significantly longer waits due to visa backlogs entirely outside Brunswick's control.
How do I find Green Card jobs at Brunswick on Migrate Mate?
Migrate Mate indexes verified sponsoring employers including Brunswick, letting you filter open roles by visa type and sponsorship history. Search for Brunswick directly or browse manufacturing industry roles filtered by Green Card sponsorship to surface positions where support is documented. This saves time compared to applying broadly and hoping sponsorship is available.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at Brunswick?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
