Tailor your resume to resort operations
Holiday Inn Club Vacations hires for owner services, reservations, and guest relations at vacation ownership resorts. Framing your experience around membership programs, high-volume guest inquiries, or hospitality CRM systems will signal immediate fit to their hiring teams.
Target seasonal hiring cycles early
Vacation ownership resorts ramp up Customer Support staffing ahead of peak travel seasons. Submitting applications in late winter for summer openings gives you the best chance of landing an offer before H-2B cap slots fill under USCIS's semi-annual allocation.
Clarify your visa category before applying
H-2B is the visa type Holiday Inn Club Vacations has used for Customer Support roles. Confirm with the recruiter upfront whether the specific opening qualifies as temporary need, since H-2B requires the employer to demonstrate the position is non-permanent or seasonal.
Prepare for DOL certification timelines
Before USCIS processes your H-2B petition, the employer must obtain a temporary labor certification from the Department of Labor. That process takes weeks. Factor this into your start date expectations and ask the hiring team where they are in the certification cycle.
Browse open roles using Migrate Mate
Searching for Customer Support openings with confirmed sponsorship history is easier when listings are filtered by visa type and employer. Use Migrate Mate to find active Holiday Inn Club Vacations postings that align with H-2B eligibility before reaching out to recruiters.
Verify your work authorization documents are current
Holiday Inn Club Vacations uses E-Verify, which means your employment eligibility is confirmed electronically on day one. Have your passport, any existing visa documentation, and Form I-94 records current and accessible before you receive an offer.

Find Customer Support at Holiday Inn Club Vacations JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Holiday Inn Club Vacations sponsor H-1B visas for Customer Support roles?
Customer Support positions at Holiday Inn Club Vacations have historically been sponsored under H-2B, not H-1B. H-1B requires a specialty occupation tied to at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field, which most Customer Support roles do not meet. If you hold an H-1B through another employer and are exploring hospitality options, the role type would need to qualify independently.
Which visa types are commonly used for Customer Support roles at Holiday Inn Club Vacations?
H-2B is the primary visa type associated with Customer Support sponsorship at Holiday Inn Club Vacations. H-2B covers temporary non-agricultural workers in roles where the employer can demonstrate a seasonal or one-time need. Customer Support positions tied to peak resort seasons are a common fit for this category. USCIS administers two H-2B cap allocations per fiscal year, and slots can fill quickly.
What qualifications or experience does Holiday Inn Club Vacations expect for Customer Support roles?
Most Customer Support openings at Holiday Inn Club Vacations expect prior experience in hospitality, reservations, or guest services. Familiarity with vacation ownership or timeshare operations is a practical advantage. Strong verbal communication skills, comfort with high call or inquiry volume, and experience using property management or CRM software are regularly noted in their job postings for this function.
How do I apply for Customer Support jobs at Holiday Inn Club Vacations?
You can find active Customer Support openings at Holiday Inn Club Vacations on Migrate Mate, which filters listings by visa sponsorship history so you can identify relevant roles before applying. Once you find a match, apply directly and flag your visa status early in the process. Reaching out to the recruiter after submitting your application is a practical way to confirm sponsorship availability for that specific opening.
How do I understand the timeline for H-2B sponsorship through Holiday Inn Club Vacations?
H-2B sponsorship involves two sequential steps before you can start work. First, the employer files for a temporary labor certification with the Department of Labor, which takes several weeks. Then USCIS processes the petition, subject to cap availability. The full process typically runs three to four months from initial filing, so aligning your target start date with the employer's filing window is essential.
