Job Roles at HOLT Group Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in HOLT Group Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles that align with Green Card sponsorship
HOLT Group's sponsorship activity centers on permanent residence pathways rather than temporary work visas. Focus your application on senior consulting or specialized professional roles where long-term employment is the clear expectation from day one.
Position yourself as a long-term hire, not a short-term contractor
Consulting firms sponsor Green Cards when they see a candidate as a permanent addition to the team. Emphasize your commitment to the firm's growth and your expertise in a specialized domain rather than project-based or contract-style availability.
Research which practice areas are hiring
Green Card sponsorship in consulting typically flows through practice areas with specialized technical or advisory demand. Identify HOLT Group's core service lines and target roles within them. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history.
Bring up sponsorship at the right stage of the process
At a firm like HOLT Group, raising visa sponsorship too early can stall conversations. Wait until there is clear mutual interest, ideally after an initial interview, before discussing Green Card timelines and what the PERM process would involve for your situation.
Demonstrate specialized expertise that justifies the investment
Green Card sponsorship requires a significant commitment from the employer. In professional services, that commitment follows demonstrated expertise. Build your application around measurable impact, specialized credentials, or domain knowledge that competitors cannot easily replicate.

Does HOLT Group sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, HOLT Group's visa activity has focused on permanent residence through the EB-2 and EB-3 categories rather than H-1B temporary work visas. If you are currently on an H-1B and seeking a Green Card pathway, HOLT Group may still be worth pursuing, but you should clarify their H-1B policy directly during the hiring process.
What visa types does HOLT Group sponsor?
HOLT Group sponsors employment-based Green Cards, specifically through the EB-2 and EB-3 preference categories. EB-2 is typically for professionals with advanced degrees or exceptional ability, while EB-3 covers professionals and skilled workers. Both pathways require employer-sponsored PERM labor certification before the immigrant visa petition is filed.
Which roles or departments at HOLT Group are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
In consulting and professional services firms, Green Card sponsorship tends to follow specialized expertise. Roles requiring niche technical knowledge, sector-specific advisory experience, or advanced credentials are the most common candidates. At HOLT Group, targeting positions within their core practice areas gives you the strongest foundation for a sponsorship conversation.
How do I find open roles at HOLT Group that offer visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find roles at employers like HOLT Group with a verified sponsorship history. Rather than sorting through job listings without immigration context, Migrate Mate lets you filter by visa type and sponsorship track record so you are only spending time on employers who have actually sponsored candidates before.
How do I approach the application timeline when targeting a Green Card through HOLT Group?
Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 or EB-3 involves multiple stages: PERM labor certification with the Department of Labor, an I-140 immigrant petition with USCIS, and then adjustment of status or consular processing. The full process typically takes a year or more, not counting any visa backlogs. Starting the conversation early and ensuring the employer is aware of the timeline is essential.
