Through HTS, any travel provider (airlines, hotels, banks, travel agencies, etc.) can integrate and seamlessly distribute Hopper’s fintech or travel inventory on their direct channels.

Frame your PM credentials around travel tech
Hopper operates at the intersection of machine learning and consumer travel. When preparing your resume and portfolio, highlight program management experience involving data-driven products, dynamic pricing systems, or mobile-first platforms rather than generic cross-functional work.
Target roles tied to Hopper's growth verticals
Hopper consistently hires Project Program Managers to support its fintech travel products and B2B partnerships. Applying to postings that reference these areas signals fit and increases your chances of reaching a hiring manager who already has sponsorship budget allocated.
Clarify sponsorship intent before your final interview
Ask your recruiter directly whether the specific team has sponsored for Project Program Manager roles before, not just whether Hopper sponsors generally. Some business units have more sponsorship flexibility than others, and knowing this early prevents wasted effort.
Use Migrate Mate to surface open Project Program Manager roles
Sponsorship-eligible roles at Hopper aren't always flagged clearly on general job boards. Migrate Mate filters specifically for visa-sponsoring employers in this function, so you're applying to positions where sponsorship is already confirmed rather than guessing at the outset.
Understand how H-1B timing affects your start date
If Hopper files an H-1B petition on your behalf under the regular cap, the earliest USCIS allows work authorization to begin is October 1. Build this into your negotiation so your offer letter reflects a realistic start window, not an aspirational one.
Prepare your credential documentation for specialty occupation review
USCIS scrutinizes whether Project Program Manager roles meet specialty occupation standards. Gather evidence that your position requires a specific bachelor's degree field, such as computer science, engineering, or business, and that your own degree aligns directly with those requirements.

Find Project Program Manager at Hopper JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Hopper sponsor H-1B visas for Project Program Managers?
Yes, Hopper sponsors H-1B visas for Project Program Manager roles. The company's track record shows consistent sponsorship activity for this function. If you're already in H-1B status with another employer, Hopper can file an H-1B transfer, which lets you start working as soon as USCIS receives the petition rather than waiting for approval.
How do I apply for Project Program Manager jobs at Hopper?
You can apply directly through Hopper's careers page or use Migrate Mate to browse their open Project Program Manager positions filtered by visa sponsorship eligibility. When applying, tailor your application to Hopper's travel technology context and address sponsorship directly in your cover materials so recruiters don't have to guess your authorization status.
Which visa types does Hopper commonly use for Project Program Manager roles?
Hopper sponsors both H-1B and employment-based Green Cards, including EB-2 and EB-3 categories, for Project Program Managers. H-1B is the most common entry point for international candidates. Green Card sponsorship typically follows after you've established yourself in the role, with the employer initiating the PERM labor certification process through the DOL.
What qualifications does Hopper expect for Project Program Manager roles?
Hopper typically looks for candidates with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or business, combined with demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in a technology environment. Familiarity with agile methodologies, data-informed decision making, and stakeholder management across product and engineering teams is especially relevant given Hopper's product-led culture.
How do I understand the timeline for H-1B sponsorship at Hopper?
Hopper must file your H-1B petition during the annual USCIS filing window, which opens in April for an October 1 start date. If you're selected in the lottery, USCIS standard processing takes several months, though premium processing is available for faster adjudication. Factor in that the PERM Green Card process, if Hopper initiates it later, can take one to several years depending on your country of birth.
