As the Vice President, AI Strategy and Design in Wealth Management, you will lead the strategy and design of AI initiatives across Wealth Management. - Develop and drive a comprehensive AI strategy for Wealth Management aligned to business goals and growth
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases that improve operational efficiency, advisor productivity, and client service
- Partner with Product and Technology teams to design, build, and integrate AI solutions across the business
- Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert on emerging AI trends, capabilities, and best practices
- Collaborate with advisors and field leaders to translate needs into actionable AI initiatives
- Monitor solution effectiveness and provide insights to continuously improve outcomes
- Champion a culture of innovation and responsible AI adoption

- Proven experience leading AI strategy and solution design, ideally in financial services or wealth management
- Expertise across Generative AI, agentic AI, machine learning, and automation technologies
