Target engineering and product roles first
Included Health's sponsorship activity is concentrated in technical functions. Software engineers, data scientists, and product managers in its health tech platform are the roles most likely to come with visa support, prioritize these when applying.
Understand which visa fits your background
Included Health sponsors H-1B, E-3, TN, and F-1 OPT, among others. Australians should ask about the E-3 pathway specifically, while Canadian and Mexican nationals may qualify for TN, both avoid the H-1B lottery entirely.
Start OPT conversations early
If you're on F-1 OPT, flag your status and timeline in the first recruiter call. Included Health has supported OPT-to-H-1B transitions, but the lottery deadline means timing your offer around the April filing window is critical.
Highlight mission alignment in your application
Included Health attracts candidates who genuinely care about improving healthcare access. Framing your technical skills around health equity or patient outcomes signals cultural fit, which matters when a company is evaluating whether to invest in sponsorship.
Ask about Green Card support during the offer stage
Included Health has a track record of supporting permanent residency pathways, not just temporary visas. During negotiations, ask directly whether the company initiates PERM and EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship after a period of employment.
Use Migrate Mate to filter verified sponsors in health tech
Generic job boards don't surface real sponsorship history. Migrate Mate verifies which employers have actually filed for visas, so you can focus your search on companies like Included Health with a confirmed track record rather than guessing.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Included Health sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Included Health sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an active track record of filing H-1B petitions, primarily for technical and specialized roles within its health technology platform. If you're applying for a software, data, or clinical analytics role, it's worth asking the recruiter directly about H-1B support during the early stages of the interview process.
Which visa types does Included Health sponsor?
Included Health sponsors a range of visa types including H-1B, E-3 visa, TN visa, F-1 OPT, and supports Green Card pathways such as EB-2 and EB-3. The right visa for you depends on your nationality and role. Australians can pursue the E-3 visa, while Canadian and Mexican nationals may qualify for TN visa status, both avoid the H-1B lottery.
Which roles or departments at Included Health are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Included Health is most common in engineering, data science, and product roles, functions central to its health tech platform. Clinical operations and certain analytics positions have also seen sponsorship activity. Roles requiring highly specialized skills in software development or healthcare data are the strongest candidates for employer-supported visa filings.
What is the typical sponsorship timeline at Included Health?
For H-1B sponsorship, the key deadline is the April 1 filing window for an October 1 start date, meaning offers typically need to be in place by February or March. E-3 and TN visas move faster and don't follow a lottery calendar. OPT extensions can bridge the gap while a petition is pending. Clarify timelines with the recruiter before accepting an offer.
How do I find open roles at Included Health that offer visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate lists verified employers with confirmed sponsorship histories, including Included Health, so you can browse open roles knowing sponsorship is genuinely on the table. Filter by visa type to surface positions that match your status, whether you're on OPT, pursuing an H-1B, or eligible for the E-3. This saves significant time compared to researching each employer individually.
