Who we are:
Founded in 2016, K Health's mission is to deliver accessible, high-quality healthcare at scale. As a leading clinical AI company in primary care, K Health has developed a suite of clinical AI agents that enhance provider efficiency and improve patient outcomes. K Health's virtual primary care platform is enhanced by an AI copilot to complete the initial patient intake, summarizing relevant history from the EMR, and generating "the perfect note" to reduce the time providers spend on basic data collection and non-clinical tasks. Unlike other virtual medicine companies, K Health delivers comprehensive, longitudinal primary care in a virtual setting, enabling our clinicians to be true primary care providers without sacrificing scope of practice or continuity of care.
As a venture-backed startup trusted with nearly $400 million in funding and a $900 million valuation as of July 2024, K Health is well-positioned for sustained future growth. We are expanding our partnerships with major health systems (Cedars-Sinai, Hackensack Meridian Health, Hartford HealthCare), enhancing accessibility and quality of care by pairing people with technology. Our providers are credentialed at these renowned academic health systems and adhere to their clinical guidelines, ensuring patient-first, evidence-based care. Fully integrated into Epic, our AI platform enables K Health to operate as an extension of existing healthcare systems, benefiting from a built-in network of specialists and social services to seamlessly serve patients within those communities. Our unique care delivery model enables our providers to deliver the same high-quality, accessible care to a mixed-payer population, including those with commercial insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid.
Join us in our mission to deliver smarter, simpler healthcare of the future - today!

- Serve as the central point of coordination across internal stakeholders (clinical ops, product/tech, compliance, operations) to align priorities and resolve execution issues
- Maintain clear documentation of roles, timelines, deliverables, and ownership throughout the program lifecycle
Governance, Risk & Performance:
- Identify, track, and escalate program risks and blockers; recommend mitigation plans
- Drive readiness assessments and readiness checklists for go-live cutovers
Stakeholder Communication:
- Prepare and deliver structured status updates, risk briefings, and program reports to Sr. leadership
- Manage ongoing communication with external partners during implementation phases where appropriate

Job Roles at K Health Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in K Health Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles at the intersection of technology and healthcare
K Health's AI-powered care model creates demand for engineers, data scientists, and clinical informatics specialists. International candidates with backgrounds spanning both healthcare and technology are well-positioned for roles that align with their sponsorship history.
Prioritize applications during active hiring cycles
K Health sponsors selectively, so timing matters. Monitor their careers page closely and apply when roles open rather than waiting. Early applications on sponsored roles give you more runway for H-1B or OPT processing before your authorization window closes.
Highlight clinical or health-tech experience in your application
K Health operates in Healthcare and Medical Services with a strong digital focus. Candidates who demonstrate experience with telehealth platforms, clinical workflows, or health data systems stand out and align directly with the types of roles K Health has historically sponsored.
Confirm sponsorship eligibility before applying
K Health sponsors H-1B and F-1 OPT, but not all open roles qualify. Review the job description carefully for sponsorship language and use Migrate Mate, which surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history before investing time in applications.
Prepare for a mission-driven interview process
K Health's focus on making healthcare accessible attracts candidates who connect with that mission. Be ready to articulate why you want to work in digital health specifically, interviewers look for alignment with the company's goal of democratizing primary care.
Factor OPT timing into your job search strategy
If you're on F-1 OPT, apply to K Health with enough buffer to complete the hiring process before your authorization expires. Their healthcare technology focus means roles often require specialized onboarding, so earlier applications give you the strongest chance of a smooth transition.

Does K Health sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, K Health sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an active sponsorship track record, primarily supporting roles in technology, engineering, and clinical operations. If you're targeting K Health for H-1B sponsorship, confirm that the specific role you're applying for includes sponsorship by reviewing the job description or asking the recruiter early in the process.
Which visa types does K Health sponsor?
K Health sponsors H-1B and F-1 OPT visas. If you're currently on OPT and looking to transition to H-1B status, K Health is a potential pathway given that it sponsors both. TN visa holders have also been sponsored. Green Card sponsorship does not appear in their current filing history, so long-term permanent residency support is not confirmed.
Which departments or roles at K Health are most likely to offer visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at K Health tends to concentrate in technical and clinical roles, software engineering, machine learning, data science, and healthcare operations are the most likely candidates. K Health's AI-driven platform means the company regularly hires specialized talent where sponsorship is both expected and practically necessary to secure qualified candidates.
How do I find open sponsored jobs at K Health?
Migrate Mate is the most efficient way to find K Health roles that come with verified visa sponsorship history. Rather than sifting through job descriptions that vaguely mention sponsorship, Migrate Mate filters by companies with real filing records so you can focus your effort on employers who have actually sponsored candidates in your visa category.
How do I approach the application timeline when targeting K Health for H-1B sponsorship?
The H-1B cap filing window opens in March each year for an October 1 start date, so your employment start date and offer timing both matter significantly. Ideally, you want an offer in hand before March to ensure your employer can file in that cycle. If you miss the window, you may need to bridge on OPT extension or CPT if eligible, so start your K Health application process as early as possible.
