Align your credentials with Florida licensing expectations
Keiser operates across Florida, where Construction Administrator roles often require familiarity with state building codes and contractor oversight standards. Gather documentation showing project management experience on institutional or commercial facilities to strengthen your application before outreach.
Target Keiser's multi-campus facilities pipeline directly
With campuses spread across Florida and beyond, Keiser posts Construction Administrator openings tied to specific expansion or renovation projects. Tracking those postings as they open gives you the best chance of matching your application to an active facilities need.
Use Migrate Mate to surface Keiser's open roles
Construction Administrator positions at Keiser move quickly and aren't always aggregated in one place. Search Migrate Mate to filter for sponsorship-eligible openings at Keiser University specifically, so you're applying to roles already verified for visa support.
Clarify your OPT or TN status in your cover letter
If you're on F-1 OPT or TN status, state it explicitly when applying. Keiser sponsors both, and facilities hiring managers may not know the difference between a 12-month OPT and a STEM 24-month extension. Removing ambiguity speeds up the sponsorship conversation.
Prepare for the LCA prevailing wage step early
Before Keiser files an H-1B petition with USCIS, the DOL must certify a Labor Condition Application confirming your offered wage meets the prevailing rate for Construction Administrators in the local area. Research the relevant wage level for your target campus location before your offer conversation.
Request a clear sponsorship timeline at the offer stage
H-1B cap-subject filings open in March for an October 1 start. If your offer comes in late spring or summer, ask Keiser's HR team whether they can file cap-exempt or bridge you on a current status through the 60-day grace period while the petition is prepared.

Find Construction Administrator at Keiser University JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Keiser University sponsor H-1B visas for Construction Administrators?
Yes, Keiser University has sponsored H-1B visas for Construction Administrator roles. The process requires Keiser to file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL and then submit an I-129 petition to USCIS. Cap-subject filings are tied to the April lottery window, so timing your offer relative to that annual cycle matters for planning your start date.
Which visa types are commonly used for Construction Administrator roles at Keiser University?
H-1B is the most common sponsorship pathway for Construction Administrator roles at Keiser, given the specialty occupation framework that applies to facilities and project management work requiring a relevant degree. Keiser also supports F-1 OPT and CPT for recent graduates, TN status for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying categories, and EB-2 or EB-3 permanent residence sponsorship for longer-term hires.
What qualifications and experience does Keiser University expect for Construction Administrator positions?
Keiser typically looks for candidates with a degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a closely related field, paired with hands-on experience managing facilities projects, contractor relationships, and building code compliance. Familiarity with institutional or multi-site environments is an advantage given Keiser's campus structure. Relevant certifications in project management or facilities operations strengthen your profile further.
How do I apply for Construction Administrator jobs at Keiser University?
Keiser posts Construction Administrator openings through its careers portal and through job boards that aggregate its listings. To find roles already filtered for visa sponsorship eligibility, browse Migrate Mate, which surfaces Keiser's open positions verified for foreign national support. Apply directly through the official posting with a resume that addresses both your technical qualifications and your current work authorization status clearly.
How do I plan my timeline if Keiser University is sponsoring my H-1B?
If you're subject to the H-1B cap, USCIS opens registration in March and selects registrations by lottery before April 1. Approved petitions have an October 1 start date. That means a late-spring offer needs to bridge you through the summer on your current status, whether OPT, TN, or another valid authorization. Confirm with Keiser's HR team which status you'll hold during the gap and whether premium processing is available to accelerate the USCIS decision.
