Get Your ARRT Credentials Verified Early
Keiser University expects Radiologic Techs to hold ARRT certification or state licensure before starting. Begin the credential evaluation process well ahead of any offer, because delays here can stall your visa filing timeline significantly.
Target Campus Locations With Clinical Programs
Keiser operates allied health programs across Florida and beyond. Campuses running active Radiologic Technology degree programs have the strongest hiring need and are more likely to pursue sponsorship to fill specialized clinical instructor or lab tech seats.
Ask Directly About Sponsorship During Screening
Keiser's HR teams handle sponsorship decisions at the campus or regional level. During your first recruiter call, confirm whether the specific campus has sponsored this role before and who internally owns the immigration filing process.
Use Migrate Mate to Surface Active Openings
Radiologic Tech roles at Keiser are spread across multiple campuses and fill quickly. Use Migrate Mate to filter for open positions at Keiser University that align with your visa type so you're applying to roles already flagged for sponsorship.
Understand the PERM Timeline for EB-2 or EB-3 Paths
If Keiser pursues a Green Card path through PERM labor certification, DOL processing can take 12 to 18 months before your I-140 petition even begins. Factor this into your employment start negotiations, especially if your OPT or H-1B cap-out is approaching.
Align Your Start Date With H-1B Cap Deadlines
H-1B registrations open in March each year for an October 1 start. If Keiser is sponsoring you through the cap, your offer letter and LCA must be finalized before USCIS registration closes, so negotiate your start date with that window in mind.

Does Keiser University sponsor H-1B visas for Radiologic Techs?
Yes, Keiser University has sponsored H-1B visas for Radiologic Tech roles. The role qualifies as a specialty occupation under USCIS criteria given its degree requirements in radiologic technology or a related field. Sponsorship decisions are made at the campus or regional level, so it's worth confirming directly with the hiring team for the specific location you're applying to.
How do I apply for Radiologic Tech jobs at Keiser University?
You can browse and apply for Radiologic Tech openings at Keiser University through Migrate Mate, which filters roles by visa sponsorship type so you can focus on positions that match your work authorization needs. Keiser posts roles at the individual campus level, so check for openings across multiple Florida locations and any out-of-state campuses running allied health programs.
Which visa types does Keiser University commonly use for Radiologic Tech hires?
Keiser University has used H-1B for specialty occupation hires and supports F-1 OPT and CPT for students already enrolled or recently graduated from qualifying programs. For longer-term employment, EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways through PERM labor certification are also available, particularly for experienced techs moving into full-time clinical or instructional roles.
What qualifications does Keiser University expect for Radiologic Tech roles?
Keiser typically expects ARRT certification, active state licensure in the state where the campus operates, and hands-on clinical experience in diagnostic imaging. Roles supporting Radiologic Technology degree programs may also require prior experience in an academic or instructional setting. Foreign-trained applicants should have their credentials evaluated for U.S. equivalency before applying.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for a Radiologic Tech at Keiser University?
For H-1B sponsorship, USCIS standard processing runs three to five months after filing, with premium processing available to reduce that to 15 business days. If you're on F-1 OPT, you and Keiser can begin the H-1B process in March for an October 1 start. Green Card pathways through PERM take considerably longer, often two to three years from the initial DOL filing through final approval.
