Align your credentials to KPMG's advisory tracks
KPMG's Corporate Finance practice spans M&A advisory, valuations, and restructuring. Tailor your resume to highlight deal experience, financial modeling, and client-facing work that maps directly to these service lines before you apply.
Target KPMG's Deal Advisory and transactions teams
Corporate Finance Manager openings at KPMG cluster within Deal Advisory. Searching that specific practice area on KPMG's careers portal surfaces roles more likely to sit within teams that have an established sponsorship workflow for this function.
Use Migrate Mate to filter KPMG's sponsored openings
Not every Corporate Finance Manager posting at KPMG is flagged for sponsorship eligibility upfront. Use Migrate Mate to filter KPMG's open roles by visa type so you're only applying to positions where sponsorship has already been confirmed.
Understand how PERM affects your timeline at a Big Four firm
KPMG regularly sponsors EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards for Corporate Finance roles, but PERM labor certification adds 12 to 18 months before an I-140 petition can be filed. Factor that into your planning if permanent residency is a goal alongside your initial work visa.
Prepare for technical finance screens before sponsorship discussions
KPMG's hiring process for Corporate Finance Manager roles typically includes a technical case or financial modeling assessment. Clearing that screen is what opens the sponsorship conversation, so demonstrate depth in valuation methodologies and transaction structuring before raising visa questions.

Find Corporate Finance Manager at KPMG JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does KPMG sponsor H-1B visas for Corporate Finance Managers?
Yes, KPMG sponsors H-1B visas for Corporate Finance Manager roles. The firm has an internal immigration team that manages the H-1B process, including the annual lottery registration in March and cap-exempt filings where applicable. Because Corporate Finance Manager is a specialty occupation requiring a relevant bachelor's degree or higher, these roles meet USCIS's standard H-1B eligibility criteria.
How do I apply for Corporate Finance Manager jobs at KPMG?
Applications go through KPMG's careers portal, where you can filter by service line, location, and experience level. Roles in Deal Advisory and Transactions are the most common entry points for Corporate Finance Managers. Migrate Mate also aggregates KPMG's sponsored openings so you can filter specifically for positions where visa sponsorship has been confirmed before you invest time in the application.
Which visa types does KPMG commonly use for Corporate Finance Manager roles?
KPMG sponsors H-1B visas for the broadest range of nationalities, the E-3 for Australian citizens, and EB-2 or EB-3 Green Cards for candidates seeking permanent residency. The E-3 is often the fastest path for Australians because it bypasses the H-1B lottery entirely. KPMG's immigration team typically advises on which visa category fits your situation once an offer is made.
What qualifications does KPMG expect for a Corporate Finance Manager with visa sponsorship?
KPMG's Corporate Finance Manager roles generally require a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics, with many postings preferring an MBA or CFA. Practical experience in M&A advisory, leveraged finance, or restructuring is strongly weighted. Professional certifications like the CPA or CFA can strengthen both your candidacy and your H-1B petition, since they reinforce the specialty occupation classification USCIS requires.
How do I manage the timing between a KPMG offer and my visa filing?
H-1B cap-subject petitions can only be filed for an October 1 start date, so if you receive an offer outside that window, KPMG may bridge your employment through OPT or another status. E-3 petitions can be filed year-round with faster consular turnaround. Confirm your current visa status and authorized end date with KPMG's immigration team immediately after receiving an offer to avoid gaps in work authorization.
