Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience providing IT support in a large customer facing Enterprise Environment
- Deskside Support Technical Leadership experience
- Strong communication skills including email, phone, and in-person
- Performs advanced degrees of problem determination and resolution of desktop hardware and software problems through the effective use of available technical resources, per contracted service level agreements.
- May also perform installs, moves, adds and change (IMAC) activities, as well as data backup and restore on certain accounts, for clients.
- Act as initial point of contact for onsite staff escalations at a single medium to large site
- Assists Technical Team Lead with oversight of day-to-day operations of staff at medium to large sites, including SNOW reporting and backlog reviews
- Resolves problems and performs IMACs within Service Level Agreement objectives (SLA) and completes all related administrative duties.
- Understands the local and regional infrastructure and key contacts in the other competencies, i.e. network team, server admin, etc., in order to ensure that the proper team is aware of, and acting on the problem.
- Completes all other duties as assigned

Compensation
- The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is - $46,080 to $82,680 based on a full-time schedule.
Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
- California (San Francisco Bay Area): $55,320 to $99,240
- California (All Other): $50,640 to $90,960
- Colorado: $46,080 to $82,680
- Massachusetts: $46,080 to $90,960
- New York City: $55,320 to $99,240
- Washington: $50,640 to $90,960
- Washington DC: $50,640 to $90,960
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
