Align Your Credentials to Trade Compliance
LATICRETE operates across global distribution channels, so certifications like the Certified Customs Specialist or training in import/export regulations strengthen your profile. Document any experience with OFAC, EAR, or ITAR compliance specifically, as these map directly to their wholesale operations.
Search Open Compliance Listings on Migrate Mate
Browse Compliance openings at LATICRETE International using Migrate Mate, which filters specifically for visa-sponsoring employers. This removes the guesswork of identifying which postings are open to international candidates before you invest time in an application.
Prepare for PERM-Ready Documentation Early
If you're targeting EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship, gather official degree transcripts and employment verification letters before your first interview. PERM audits require exact credential records, and delays in sourcing these documents can stall your green card timeline by months.
Address LCA Prevailing Wage in Negotiations
LATICRETE must file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL before your H-1B petition, certifying your salary meets the prevailing wage for your compliance role and work location. Research DOL wage data for your specific job zone so your salary expectations align with what the LCA will certify.
Clarify E-Verify Status During Offer Stage
As a federal contractor participant in E-Verify, LATICRETE verifies work authorization electronically at onboarding. Confirm your I-9 documents are consistent with your visa status before your start date to avoid delays that could affect your day-one clearance in a compliance-sensitive role.

Find Compliance at LATICRETE International JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does LATICRETE International sponsor H-1B visas for Compliance roles?
Yes, LATICRETE International sponsors H-1B visas for Compliance positions. Compliance roles in distribution and wholesale typically qualify as specialty occupations under USCIS criteria when they require at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as law, business, supply chain, or regulatory affairs. Your degree field and the specific job duties both factor into whether USCIS approves the petition.
How do I apply for Compliance jobs at LATICRETE International?
You can find open Compliance positions at LATICRETE International through Migrate Mate, which surfaces roles at employers with confirmed sponsorship track records. Once you identify a relevant posting, apply through LATICRETE's careers portal directly. Tailor your application to highlight regulatory or trade compliance experience relevant to building materials distribution, as LATICRETE operates across complex global supply chains.
Which visa types does LATICRETE International commonly use for Compliance positions?
LATICRETE sponsors H-1B, EB-2, EB-3, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas for Compliance roles. F-1 OPT and CPT are typical entry points for recent graduates, while H-1B covers longer-term employment. TN is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying compliance-related occupations. EB-2 and EB-3 represent pathways to permanent residence for candidates who remain with the company longer term.
What qualifications does LATICRETE International expect for Compliance roles?
LATICRETE's Compliance positions in the distribution and wholesale space typically require a bachelor's degree in a field such as supply chain management, international trade, law, or business. Practical experience with import/export regulations, customs procedures, or corporate compliance programs is valued. Familiarity with trade compliance frameworks relevant to building materials or chemical products can differentiate your application from other candidates.
How do I plan my timeline for H-1B sponsorship at LATICRETE International?
H-1B petitions are subject to an annual lottery with a cap of 85,000 slots, and USCIS begins accepting registrations in March each year for an October 1 start date. If you're on F-1 OPT, your employer needs to file before your OPT expires so cap-gap protection keeps you authorized. Starting conversations with LATICRETE's HR team about sponsorship intent well before the March registration window gives both sides time to prepare.
