Understand the distribution industry's hiring cycle

Research verified sponsoring employers before applying
Don't apply blind to companies claiming they sponsor visas. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, making it easier to confirm LATICRETE's track record and find current openings worth pursuing.
Explore TN visa eligibility if you're Canadian or Mexican
LATICRETE sponsors TN visas, which is less common in the distribution sector. If you're a Canadian or Mexican national in a qualifying professional category, the TN pathway can be faster and simpler than H-1B, worth raising with the hiring team directly.
