Target LATICRETE roles tied to technical functions
Internships in engineering, supply chain, or product development at LATICRETE are more likely to lead to H-1B sponsorship after graduation. Distribution and wholesale operations roles with a clear specialty occupation connection are stronger long-term bets than general administrative positions.
Ask about conversion pathways during the offer stage
Before accepting an intern offer, ask your recruiter directly whether LATICRETE has a structured path from intern to full-time employee with H-1B sponsorship. Companies that sponsor H-1B and EB-2/EB-3 petitions typically have this process documented internally.
Browse open intern roles using Migrate Mate
Filtering LATICRETE International intern listings by visa type on Migrate Mate lets you see which roles are open to sponsored candidates, saving time you'd otherwise spend chasing positions that won't support your work authorization.
Align your degree field with the intern role description
For USCIS to approve an H-1B petition after your internship, the role needs to qualify as a specialty occupation. Make sure your degree field directly maps to the job duties listed, not just the job title, before you apply.
Start CPT paperwork well before your intended start date
CPT authorization through your Designated School Official typically takes two to four weeks. If LATICRETE's internship has a fixed cohort start date, missing that window means waiting a full cycle, so initiate the process as early as your school allows.

Find Intern at LATICRETE International JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does LATICRETE International sponsor H-1B visas for Interns?
LATICRETE International sponsors H-1B visas, though sponsorship at the intern level is typically tied to a conversion from intern to full-time employee rather than the internship itself. If you complete an internship and receive a return offer for a qualifying specialty occupation role, LATICRETE has the infrastructure to support an H-1B petition through that transition.
How do I apply for Intern jobs at LATICRETE International?
Applications for LATICRETE International intern positions go through their careers portal. You can also browse open intern roles on Migrate Mate, which filters listings by visa sponsorship type so you can identify which positions are accessible to international students on F-1 OPT or CPT before investing time in a full application. Tailor your resume to reflect technical skills relevant to LATICRETE's building products and distribution operations.
Which visa types are commonly used for Intern roles at LATICRETE International?
F-1 CPT and F-1 OPT are the most common authorization types for interns at LATICRETE, since both allow students to work in paid internships without requiring employer-led USCIS filings. TN status can apply for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying roles. H-1B sponsorship becomes more relevant after a full-time offer following the internship.
What qualifications are expected for Intern positions at LATICRETE International?
LATICRETE internships typically require enrollment in a relevant degree program, with fields like chemical engineering, materials science, mechanical engineering, supply chain management, or business commonly cited across their intern postings. Roles in the distribution and wholesale side of the business may also value coursework in operations, logistics, or industrial engineering, depending on the specific team.
How do I time my application to align with LATICRETE's sponsorship process?
If you're on F-1 OPT and targeting a full-time role after your internship, keep the H-1B cap-subject filing window in mind. USCIS accepts H-1B petitions in April for an October 1 start, so a summer internship converting to a full-time offer by late fall gives LATICRETE enough runway to file in the next registration cycle. Plan your OPT end date accordingly.
