Job Roles at Latitude AI Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Latitude AI Visa Sponsorship USA
Focus on engineering and AI roles
Latitude AI's sponsorship activity is concentrated in technical roles, think software engineers, machine learning researchers, and autonomy systems developers. Targeting these functions gives international candidates the strongest chance of sponsorship consideration.
Search for verified sponsoring employers before applying
Not every job posting will mention visa sponsorship explicitly. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, saving time on companies unlikely to support your visa situation.
Align your credentials to the autonomous vehicle space
Latitude AI builds self-driving technology, so candidates with backgrounds in computer vision, sensor fusion, robotics, or embedded systems are particularly well-positioned. Tailoring your resume to these specializations strengthens your case for both the role and sponsorship.
TN visa holders should confirm role eligibility early
Latitude AI sponsors TN visas for Canadian and Mexican nationals, but TN status is tied to specific qualifying occupations. Confirm your role falls under an eligible TN category before applying, since not every tech title qualifies.

Yes, Latitude AI sponsors H-1B visas. The company has a consistent track record of H-1B sponsorship, particularly for technical and engineering roles in the autonomous vehicle space. If you're targeting Latitude AI, ensure your role qualifies as a specialty occupation and that your employer initiates the process well before the April filing deadline.
Which visa types does Latitude AI sponsor?
Latitude AI sponsors H-1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas. H-1B is the primary pathway for full-time international hires. F-1 OPT and CPT support students in internship and early-career roles, and TN is available to qualifying Canadian and Mexican nationals in eligible occupational categories.
Which departments or roles at Latitude AI are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Latitude AI is concentrated in technical functions, software engineering, machine learning, autonomy systems, and robotics research are the most common areas. Roles requiring specialized knowledge in areas like computer vision, sensor fusion, or real-time systems align closely with both Latitude AI's product focus and the specialty occupation standard required for H-1B approval.
How do I find open roles at Latitude AI that offer visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find Latitude AI roles with confirmed sponsorship eligibility. The platform aggregates jobs from verified sponsoring employers and lets you filter by visa type and company, so you can focus your search on opportunities that match your immigration status without guessing.
