Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Customer Service Jobs at Life Time Jobs
Align your credentials to Life Time's service standards
Life Time emphasizes hospitality-driven member experience over call-center-style customer service. Highlight any background in fitness, wellness, recreation, or premium hospitality on your resume to signal cultural and operational fit before you apply.
Target locations with high membership volume
Life Time's flagship clubs in metro markets like Dallas, Chicago, and New York carry heavier staffing demands year-round. Applying to high-volume club locations increases your odds of finding managers familiar with hiring international candidates.
Start your OPT application timeline early
F-1 students must apply for OPT authorization through their Designated School Official at least 90 days before graduation. Filing early with USCIS gives you the maximum runway to accept a Life Time offer without a gap in work authorization.
Ask about sponsorship before the final interview round
Life Time hires heavily at the club level, where managers may not own sponsorship decisions. Confirm during mid-stage interviews whether the hiring team has routed sponsorship approvals through corporate HR before investing time in a final round.
Browse open Customer Service roles on Migrate Mate
Filtering by sponsorship history narrows your search to employers with a proven track record. Use Migrate Mate to identify Life Time Customer Service openings that align with your visa type and current authorization status.
Understand the PERM timeline before accepting an offer
EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship requires a PERM labor certification through DOL before USCIS can process your immigrant visa petition. This process typically takes one to two years, so negotiate a clear written sponsorship commitment in your offer letter.

Find Customer Service at Life Time JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Life Time sponsor H-1B visas for Customer Service roles?
H-1B sponsorship is uncommon for Customer Service positions at Life Time because these roles generally do not meet USCIS's specialty occupation requirement, which demands a bachelor's degree in a specific field directly related to the job duties. Life Time's documented sponsorship activity for this function leans toward F-1 OPT and employment-based immigrant visa categories rather than H-1B.
Which visa types are commonly used for Customer Service roles at Life Time?
F-1 OPT and CPT are the most accessible pathways for international candidates entering Customer Service roles at Life Time, allowing students to gain paid work experience during or after their degree program. For longer-term sponsorship, Life Time has supported EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa categories, which require a formal PERM labor certification process through the Department of Labor.
What qualifications or experience does Life Time expect for Customer Service positions?
Life Time looks for candidates with a hospitality-forward mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced fitness or wellness environment. Prior experience in premium gyms, recreation centers, hotels, or health clubs carries significant weight. Fluency in English is essential, and bilingual candidates serving diverse member bases at specific club locations can have a practical advantage.
How do I apply for Customer Service jobs at Life Time?
Applications go through Life Time's careers portal, where roles are listed by club location and department. For international candidates who need visa sponsorship, Migrate Mate provides a curated view of Life Time's open Customer Service positions filtered by sponsorship eligibility, saving you time screening roles that won't support your visa status. Tailor your application to the specific club's membership profile and service model.
How do I manage my visa timeline when pursuing a long-term offer from Life Time?
If you're on F-1 OPT, your authorized period gives you a defined window to secure a longer-term sponsorship commitment. For EB-2 or EB-3 paths, PERM labor certification alone can take one to two years before USCIS reviews your petition. Discussing sponsorship intent early in the hiring process, and getting written confirmation of Life Time's commitment before your OPT period ends, protects you from gaps in work authorization.
