Target corporate and operational roles over front-line positions
Life Time's sponsorship activity tends to concentrate in professional and managerial roles rather than entry-level club staff. Focus your search on corporate functions, club management, and specialized wellness roles where visa sponsorship is more likely to be offered.
Lead with your fitness industry credentials
Life Time prioritizes candidates who align with its premium wellness brand. Certifications in personal training, sports science, nutrition, or health management strengthen your profile and signal that you're a specialist worth the investment of Green Card sponsorship.
Understand the Green Card pathway Life Time uses
Life Time's sponsorship history skews toward permanent residence categories like EB-2 and EB-3. If you're targeting long-term sponsorship, position yourself for roles that justify the employer-sponsored Green Card process rather than expecting temporary work visa support.
Use OPT and CPT as your entry point
Life Time participates in F-1 OPT and CPT programs, making it accessible to international students. A practical training placement can serve as a foot in the door, giving you time to demonstrate value before pursuing longer-term immigration support from the company.
Research which club locations have hired internationally
Life Time operates clubs across multiple states, and hiring decisions are often made at the regional or club level. Use Migrate Mate to filter by verified sponsorship history and identify locations where international candidates have previously been supported.
Apply early and signal long-term commitment
Because Life Time sponsors selectively, standing out as a candidate committed to a long-term career in fitness and wellness matters. Mention your passion for the brand, your relevant specialization, and your understanding that Green Card sponsorship is a multi-year partnership.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Life Time sponsor H-1B visas?
Life Time's sponsorship activity does not include H-1B visas based on available records. The company has supported permanent residence pathways through EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card categories, as well as F-1 OPT and CPT for students. International candidates looking for H-1B visa sponsorship should consider whether their background aligns with Life Time's Green Card-focused approach instead.
What visa types does Life Time sponsor?
Life Time sponsors immigration through EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card categories, which are employer-sponsored permanent residence pathways, along with F-1 OPT and CPT for international students completing degrees in the United States. Its sponsorship profile is modest compared to larger employers, so opportunities tend to be selective and role-specific rather than broadly available across the organization.
Which roles at Life Time are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Life Time is most likely for professional, corporate, and specialized roles rather than hourly or front-line club positions. Candidates with backgrounds in health and wellness management, sports science, nutrition, or business operations tend to be stronger fits. Roles that require a specific degree or professional credential are more likely to qualify for the Green Card categories Life Time has historically used.
How do I find visa-sponsored jobs at Life Time?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find Life Time roles that come with confirmed sponsorship history. The platform surfaces verified sponsors and lets you filter by visa type and industry, so you can focus your applications on positions where international candidates have a real shot. Applying through channels that highlight your immigration needs upfront also helps set the right expectations from the start.
How do I improve my chances of getting sponsored by Life Time?
Life Time sponsors selectively, so the strongest candidates combine relevant fitness or wellness credentials with a clear long-term career focus. Entering through F-1 OPT or CPT is a practical first step that lets you build internal relationships before pursuing permanent sponsorship. Demonstrating alignment with Life Time's premium brand values, and showing you understand that Green Card sponsorship is a multi-year commitment, makes your application significantly more compelling.
