Focus on roles that align with EB-2 or EB-3 pathways
LifeSkills has pursued Green Card sponsorship rather than H-1B, so targeting roles that align with permanent residency pathways in healthcare gives you the strongest chance of matching what the company actually sponsors.
Highlight clinical or healthcare-specific credentials
Healthcare employers like LifeSkills evaluate candidates on licensure, certifications, and domain expertise. Emphasize any state licenses, clinical training, or specialized healthcare skills early in your resume and cover letter.
Research open roles where sponsorship is confirmed
Not every LifeSkills posting will specify visa support. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you identify LifeSkills roles where immigration support is actually on the table.
Consider TN eligibility if you're Canadian or Mexican
LifeSkills supports TN visas, which is particularly valuable in healthcare for qualifying roles like nurses, physical therapists, or medical laboratory technologists. Canadian and Mexican nationals should confirm TN eligibility for their specific job title before applying.

Find LifeSkills JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does LifeSkills sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship records, LifeSkills does not have a track record of sponsoring H-1B visas. Their immigration support has focused on permanent residency through EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways, along with F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas. If H-1B sponsorship is a requirement for you, confirm directly with LifeSkills's HR team before applying.
What visa types does LifeSkills sponsor?
LifeSkills sponsors EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards for eligible employees pursuing permanent residency, and also supports F-1 OPT and F-1 CPT for students in post-graduation work phases. TN visa sponsorship is available for qualified Canadian and Mexican nationals in eligible healthcare roles. Candidates should verify which visa types apply to their specific position during the hiring process.
Which departments or roles at LifeSkills are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
As a Healthcare and Medical Services company, LifeSkills most commonly sponsors roles in clinical and direct care settings. Positions requiring specialized healthcare credentials, licensed practitioners, and skilled support staff tend to be the strongest candidates for employer-sponsored immigration. Roles where there is a documented need for qualified professionals and a degree or certification requirement are most likely to qualify for EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship.
How do I find open jobs at LifeSkills that include visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find LifeSkills jobs with confirmed visa sponsorship. Rather than guessing which postings include immigration support, Migrate Mate filters roles by verified sponsorship history, so you can focus your applications on positions where sponsorship is genuinely on the table. This is especially useful for LifeSkills, where sponsorship is tied to specific visa pathways rather than broad H-1B support.
How do I approach the application process at LifeSkills as an international candidate?
Start by confirming your visa category aligns with the types LifeSkills actively sponsors, particularly EB-2, EB-3, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, or TN. Clearly state your work authorization status in your application materials and be prepared to discuss immigration needs early in the process. During interviews, ask specific questions about the Green Card sponsorship timeline and which legal support the company provides to sponsored employees.
