Target roles in satellite engineering and mission operations
Loft Orbital's sponsorship activity centers on highly technical roles in spacecraft systems, payload integration, and mission software. Focus your application on positions requiring deep engineering expertise, these are the roles most likely to qualify for H-1B sponsorship.

Understand the H-1B specialty occupation standard before applying
Loft Orbital sponsors H-1B visas, which require your role to qualify as a specialty occupation tied to a specific degree field. Research how your target job title maps to that standard so you can speak to it confidently during interviews.

Does Loft Orbital Solutions sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Loft Orbital Solutions sponsors H-1B visas for qualifying technical roles. The H-1B is a nonimmigrant work visa for specialty occupations requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a directly related field. Loft Orbital's engineering-heavy workforce makes it a legitimate H-1B sponsor, though sponsorship decisions are made on a role-by-role basis depending on the position's specialty occupation qualifications.
What types of roles does Loft Orbital Solutions typically sponsor visas for?
Loft Orbital's sponsorship activity is concentrated in technical and engineering disciplines aligned with its satellite-as-a-service business model. Roles in spacecraft systems engineering, payload integration, mission operations software, and related research functions are most likely to qualify for H-1B sponsorship. Positions requiring highly specialized degrees in aerospace, electrical engineering, or computer science are the strongest candidates.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Loft Orbital Solutions?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find verified H-1B sponsoring employers like Loft Orbital Solutions. Rather than manually cross-referencing job postings with government filing data, Migrate Mate filters job listings by confirmed sponsorship history so you can focus your search on companies that have demonstrated willingness to sponsor international candidates in your field.
How do I approach the application process at Loft Orbital Solutions as an international candidate?
Be upfront about your visa status early in the process. Loft Orbital operates in a specialized industry where hiring managers understand sponsorship requirements. Tailoring your application to demonstrate deep, specific expertise in aerospace systems or mission software will strengthen your case. If you receive an offer, work with the company's HR or legal team promptly to meet the H-1B petition filing deadlines tied to the annual cap cycle.
What is the H-1B application timeline I should plan around when targeting Loft Orbital Solutions?
The H-1B cap lottery registration typically opens in March, with USCIS selecting registrants shortly after. If selected, your employer files the full petition by April 1 for an October 1 start date. To meet this timeline, you need an offer in hand by late February at the latest. Loft Orbital would also need to file a Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor before submitting the H-1B petition.
