Job Roles at Logistics Plus Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Logistics Plus Visa Sponsorship USA
Target Operations and Supply Chain Roles First
Logistics Plus's core business is freight, logistics, and supply chain consulting, roles where visa sponsorship is most likely. Focus your applications on operations, project management, and logistics analyst positions to align with where sponsorship has historically occurred.
Understand Their Green Card Commitment
Logistics Plus has shown a clear commitment to long-term sponsorship, including immigrant visa pathways. If you're looking beyond temporary status, ask recruiters directly about their EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship policy during early conversations, it signals serious intent.
Research Their Consulting Service Lines
Logistics Plus operates across consulting and professional services verticals. Understanding their service offerings, supply chain optimization, freight management, technology solutions, lets you frame your skills around gaps they're actively trying to fill with specialized talent.
Clarify TN Eligibility If You're Canadian or Mexican
Logistics Plus sponsors TN visas, which is valuable for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying roles like management consultants or engineers. TN sponsorship is faster and simpler than H-1B, so confirm eligibility before applying to speed up the hiring process.
Find Verified Openings Through Migrate Mate
Logistics Plus positions that include sponsorship aren't always labeled clearly on general job boards. Browse Migrate Mate to filter for Logistics Plus roles verified for sponsorship history, so you apply only to positions where international candidates have a realistic path.

Does Logistics Plus sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Logistics Plus sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an active sponsorship track record across both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa categories, and H-1B is part of that mix. Roles in logistics consulting, operations, and supply chain management are the most likely candidates for H-1B sponsorship, particularly where a specialized degree is relevant to the position.
Which visa types does Logistics Plus sponsor?
Logistics Plus sponsors H-1B, Green Card (EB-2 and EB-3), F-1 OPT, and TN visas. The presence of both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa categories is a strong signal that the company supports foreign nationals at multiple career stages, from recent graduates on OPT through to permanent residency. TN sponsorship also makes Logistics Plus a strong option for Canadian and Mexican nationals.
What departments or roles at Logistics Plus are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Logistics Plus is most closely tied to its core business: logistics operations, supply chain consulting, freight management, and technology-adjacent roles that require specialized expertise. Professional services positions where a specific degree or technical background is a genuine job requirement are best positioned for H-1B or Green Card sponsorship. Generalist or entry-level administrative roles are less likely to qualify.
How do I know if a Logistics Plus job posting includes visa sponsorship?
Job postings rarely state sponsorship terms explicitly, and Logistics Plus is no exception. The most reliable approach is to use Migrate Mate, which surfaces employers with verified sponsorship histories and lets you filter by visa type. You can also ask the recruiter directly during an initial screening call, most hiring teams at sponsoring companies expect the question and will answer it straightforwardly.
How do I approach the application timeline when targeting Logistics Plus for H-1B sponsorship?
If you need H-1B sponsorship, timing matters significantly. USCIS opens H-1B registration in March each year for an October 1 start date, meaning you'd ideally need an offer by February to stay on schedule. Logistics Plus sponsors across multiple visa types, so if you're on F-1 OPT, starting with that status while building toward H-1B sponsorship is a practical and well-supported path at this company.
