Target engineering and AI roles specifically
Machinify's sponsorship activity is concentrated in technical disciplines like software engineering and machine learning. Focus your application on roles where your skills align with their AI-driven healthcare platform to maximize your chances of visa support.
Understand which visa types Machinify supports
Machinify sponsors H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and J-1 visas, plus Green Card pathways. Knowing which category fits your situation before you apply helps you ask the right questions during interviews without appearing uninformed.
Highlight AI and healthcare domain knowledge
Machinify builds AI tools for healthcare operations. Candidates who can demonstrate experience at the intersection of machine learning and healthcare workflows stand out. Frame your background around the problems Machinify actually solves.
Ask about Green Card sponsorship early in the process
Machinify has a track record of sponsoring both H-1B and Green Card petitions. If long-term permanent residency is your goal, it's worth raising during later interview stages to confirm the company's commitment beyond initial work authorization.
Use a verified sponsor database to confirm active openings
Sponsorship histories can change. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you confirm Machinify is actively hiring in your visa category before investing time in an application.
Prepare for a technical-first hiring process
As a Technology & Software company, Machinify screens heavily on technical depth before immigration logistics come up. Clear technical interviews first. Sponsorship conversations typically happen after an offer is extended, not during early rounds.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Machinify sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Machinify sponsors H-1B visas and has a consistent track record of doing so for technical roles. The company primarily sponsors software engineers and AI-focused professionals. If you're on OPT and approaching your cap-out date, Machinify is worth targeting given its active H-1B sponsorship history in the Technology & Software space.
What visa types does Machinify sponsor?
Machinify sponsors a range of visa types including H-1B, TN visa, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and J-1 visas. The company also sponsors Green Card petitions through EB-2 and EB-3 pathways, making it a strong option for candidates seeking both short-term work authorization and a longer-term path to permanent residency in the United States.
Which roles at Machinify are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Machinify is concentrated in technical and engineering roles, particularly those involving software development, machine learning, and AI infrastructure. These positions align directly with the company's core product, which applies AI to healthcare operations. Non-technical and administrative roles are less commonly associated with sponsorship activity based on Machinify's filing patterns.
How do I find currently open visa-sponsored jobs at Machinify?
Machinify does not always label job postings as visa-sponsored, so it's worth searching through a platform that cross-references actual sponsorship history. Migrate Mate lets you browse Machinify's open roles alongside its verified sponsorship track record, so you can apply with confidence that the company actively supports candidates who need work authorization.
How do I approach the visa sponsorship conversation when applying to Machinify?
Lead with your technical qualifications and wait until after you've cleared initial screening rounds before raising sponsorship. Machinify has sponsored both work visas and Green Cards, so the infrastructure is there. Once you're in later-stage interviews or have received an offer, ask specifically which visa category applies to your situation and whether the company uses outside immigration counsel to manage petitions.
