Frame Your Portfolio Around Enterprise Software
Manhattan Associates evaluates Product Marketing candidates on their ability to translate complex platform capabilities into buyer-facing messaging. Tailor your portfolio to show go-to-market work for supply chain, logistics, or enterprise SaaS products before you apply.
Confirm LCA Posting Before Accepting an Offer
Your employer must file a Labor Condition Application with DOL before USCIS can process your H-1B petition. Ask your recruiter when the LCA will be posted so you can track the certified wage level against your offer and catch any gaps early.
Distinguish CPT and OPT on Your Application
If you're on F-1 status, clarify upfront whether you're using CPT or OPT, since Manhattan Associates will need to verify your work authorization through E-Verify before your start date. Misidentifying your authorization type delays onboarding paperwork significantly.
Target Roles Aligned to Platform Verticals
Product Marketing openings at Manhattan Associates tend to cluster around specific platform areas like warehouse management or order management. Applying to roles that match your domain knowledge, rather than general marketing titles, puts your sponsorship conversation on stronger ground.
Use Migrate Mate to Track Open Sponsorship Roles
Product Marketing positions with visa sponsorship disappear quickly at enterprise software companies. Use Migrate Mate to filter and monitor Manhattan Associates openings by visa type so you're applying within the first week a role goes live.
Plan Your H-1B Timeline Around the Cap
H-1B cap-subject petitions are filed once per year with USCIS, and your employment can only start on October 1 at the earliest. If you receive an offer in late spring, confirm with HR whether cap-exempt filing is an option or whether you'll be waiting for the following fiscal year cycle.

Find Product Marketing at Manhattan Associates JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Manhattan Associates sponsor H-1B visas for Product Marketings?
Yes, Manhattan Associates sponsors H-1B visas for Product Marketing roles. The company operates in enterprise software and regularly hires internationally for marketing functions that require specialized technical knowledge of its supply chain platform. If you're on OPT and receive an offer, ask HR early about their H-1B cap-subject filing timeline so you can plan around the October 1 start date.
Which visa types does Manhattan Associates commonly use for Product Marketing roles?
Manhattan Associates sponsors H-1B visas most frequently for Product Marketing positions. F-1 OPT and CPT are common entry points for recent graduates before transitioning to H-1B. TN visas are available for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying roles. For candidates pursuing permanent residence, the company has filed under EB-2 and EB-3 preference categories through the PERM labor certification process.
What qualifications does Manhattan Associates expect for Product Marketing roles?
Manhattan Associates typically looks for Product Marketing candidates with experience in enterprise B2B software, ideally in supply chain, logistics, or omnichannel commerce. Strong messaging and positioning skills, familiarity with analyst relations, and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales and product management are consistently prioritized. A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is standard, and an MBA or relevant industry certifications can strengthen your profile.
How do I apply for Product Marketing jobs at Manhattan Associates?
You can find Product Marketing openings at Manhattan Associates on their careers page or through Migrate Mate, which filters roles by visa sponsorship type so you can confirm eligibility before applying. When you apply, align your resume and cover materials to the specific platform vertical the role covers, such as warehouse management or order management, rather than using a generic enterprise software pitch.
How do I plan my timeline if I need visa sponsorship for a Product Marketing role at Manhattan Associates?
If you're on F-1 OPT, confirm how much authorized time remains before initiating any offer conversation, since the H-1B petition must be filed before your OPT expires. USCIS opens H-1B registration each March for an October 1 start, so an offer received between April and September may require a bridge through OPT extension or a cap-exempt arrangement. Clarify the company's PERM timeline expectations early if you're also targeting a Green Card path.
