Align your experience to their platform
Manhattan Associates hires for domain expertise in warehouse management, transportation, and order management systems. Frame your resume around WMS or TMS implementation experience, not generic supply chain operations, so hiring managers immediately see fit with their product lines.
Target roles that match your visa category
Supply Chain positions at Manhattan Associates span consulting, engineering, and product functions. F-1 OPT and CPT candidates fit best in structured rotational or project-based roles, while H-1B candidates should target senior implementation or solution engineering positions where specialty occupation qualification is straightforward.
Request LCA confirmation before signing anything
Before accepting an offer, ask HR to confirm the Labor Condition Application is being filed with DOL for your specific work location. For a company with multiple office sites, the prevailing wage on your LCA must match the city where you'll actually be based.
Use Migrate Mate to filter open Supply Chain roles
Search Migrate Mate to browse Manhattan Associates' current Supply Chain openings filtered by visa type. This saves time verifying which roles are actively open to sponsored candidates versus positions listed without sponsorship intent.
Prepare for a multi-round technical assessment
Manhattan Associates typically evaluates Supply Chain candidates on both functional knowledge and client-facing communication skills. Prepare case-style scenarios involving inventory optimization or fulfillment workflows, not just software credentials, since implementation roles require translating technical solutions to business stakeholders.
Understand your timeline if you're switching from F-1 OPT
If you're on F-1 OPT and receive an offer, confirm whether Manhattan Associates will file your H-1B in the next April cap season. STEM OPT extensions give you up to 36 months of runway, but you need cap-gap protection in place before your OPT expires if the lottery falls in your favor.

Find Supply Chain at Manhattan Associates JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Manhattan Associates sponsor H-1B visas for Supply Chain roles?
Yes, Manhattan Associates sponsors H-1B visas for Supply Chain positions, particularly in implementation consulting, solution engineering, and product roles that require specialized technical and domain knowledge. These roles typically satisfy the specialty occupation requirement given the degree-level expertise expected in supply chain systems. Sponsorship is handled directly by Manhattan Associates and generally includes both initial H-1B cap filings and renewals.
Which visa types does Manhattan Associates commonly use for Supply Chain positions?
Manhattan Associates supports H-1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, TN, and Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3 for Supply Chain roles. F-1 OPT and CPT are common entry points for early-career candidates, while H-1B is the primary long-term sponsorship path. TN is available for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying Supply Chain occupations. Green Card sponsorship through PERM typically follows after several years in an H-1B role.
How do I apply for Supply Chain jobs at Manhattan Associates?
Browse open Supply Chain roles at Manhattan Associates through Migrate Mate, which filters listings by visa sponsorship eligibility so you can focus on positions actively open to international candidates. When applying, tailor your application to the specific product line, such as WMS, TMS, or OMS, and highlight any hands-on implementation or client-facing experience. Manhattan Associates recruits for both entry-level and experienced Supply Chain hires throughout the year.
What qualifications does Manhattan Associates expect for Supply Chain roles?
Most Supply Chain positions at Manhattan Associates require a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, information systems, or a closely related field. For implementation and consulting roles, hands-on experience with warehouse or transportation management systems carries significant weight. Senior roles typically expect client project delivery experience, and some technical positions value familiarity with Manhattan's own software platform or comparable enterprise supply chain solutions.
How do I plan my timeline if I'm relying on H-1B sponsorship for a Supply Chain offer?
H-1B cap filings open each April for an October 1 start date, so timing your offer relative to that window matters. If you're on F-1 OPT, a STEM extension can bridge the gap for up to 36 months, giving you multiple lottery attempts. USCIS processes standard H-1B petitions in roughly three to six months, and premium processing can reduce that to 15 business days. Confirm Manhattan Associates' internal filing deadlines with your HR contact early in the offer process.
