Target engineering and implementation roles first
Manhattan Associates' sponsorship activity is concentrated in technical roles, software engineering, solution architecture, and implementation consulting. If your background is in enterprise software development or supply chain technology, you're applying to the highest-volume sponsorship track at the company.
Understand the full visa pathway, not just H-1B
Manhattan Associates sponsors across multiple visa categories including TN and permanent residence pathways. If you're on OPT or CPT, you may be able to enter through F-1 status and transition to a long-term visa, making early-career roles worth pursuing seriously.
Prioritize the Green Card track in your conversations
Manhattan Associates has a notably stronger Green Card sponsorship pattern than H-1B alone. When interviewing, it's reasonable to ask about the company's approach to permanent residence sponsorship, it signals long-term thinking and aligns with what the company actively supports.
Use Migrate Mate to verify open sponsored roles
Not every job listing specifies visa sponsorship upfront. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and find Manhattan Associates openings where sponsorship is confirmed, saving time you'd otherwise spend chasing dead ends.
Position yourself around supply chain or commerce software expertise
Manhattan Associates specializes in supply chain execution and omnichannel retail technology. Applicants who demonstrate domain knowledge, warehouse management, order management, or logistics software, are more competitive and more likely to reach the sponsorship conversation.
Apply before OPT runs out, not after
Manhattan Associates' sponsorship process takes time, especially for permanent residence pathways. If you're on OPT, start your application well in advance. Companies with active sponsorship programs still require internal approvals and filing timelines that can't be rushed at the last minute.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Manhattan Associates sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Manhattan Associates sponsors H-1B visas, though the company's sponsorship activity skews more heavily toward permanent residence pathways like EB-2 and EB-3. H-1B sponsorship is most common in technical roles such as software engineering and implementation consulting, where the company has a consistent history of supporting international employees.
Which visa types does Manhattan Associates sponsor?
Manhattan Associates sponsors H-1B, TN visa, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and permanent residence categories including EB-2 and EB-3. The company's Green Card sponsorship is particularly active relative to its overall visa volume, which suggests a genuine commitment to retaining international employees long-term rather than short-term work authorization alone.
Which departments or roles at Manhattan Associates are most likely to offer visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Manhattan Associates is concentrated in software engineering, solution architecture, implementation consulting, and related technical functions. These roles align with the company's core supply chain and commerce technology products. Candidates with backgrounds in enterprise software, backend development, or logistics systems are most frequently supported through the sponsorship process.
How do I find visa-sponsored job openings at Manhattan Associates?
Migrate Mate is the most efficient way to find Manhattan Associates roles where visa sponsorship is confirmed. Rather than combing through general job listings that don't specify sponsorship status, Migrate Mate filters employers by verified sponsorship history so you can apply with confidence that the company actively supports international candidates.
How do I time my application to Manhattan Associates if I need visa sponsorship?
Start the process early, ideally three to six months before your current work authorization expires. Manhattan Associates has sponsorship infrastructure in place, but internal approvals, offer finalization, and filing preparation all take time. For H-1B cap-subject cases, the April lottery deadline makes timing especially critical, so target applications in the preceding fall or winter.
