- Ability to learn, understand, and adopt new software platforms and processes.

Frame your portfolio around B2B software
Manhattan Associates markets complex supply chain technology to enterprise buyers, not consumers. Highlight experience with demand generation, product marketing, or content strategy in a B2B or SaaS context. Campaigns targeting IT or supply chain decision-makers will resonate most with their hiring team.
Target roles that align with their product verticals
Manhattan Associates organizes its go-to-market around specific verticals like retail, grocery, and logistics. Marketing roles tied to a specific vertical or product line are more likely to have dedicated headcount and clearer sponsorship pathways than generalist positions.
Use Migrate Mate to surface open Marketing roles
Manhattan Associates posts Marketing positions across locations and seniority levels. Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship eligibility, so you're not wasting applications on postings that won't support your status.
Negotiate offer timing around H-1B cap deadlines
If you need an H-1B and aren't already cap-exempt, USCIS registration opens in March each year. If you receive an offer in May, your start date will likely be October 1 at the earliest. Confirm this with your recruiter so the offer letter reflects the correct start date.
Prepare a specialty occupation case for Marketing
USCIS scrutinizes Marketing H-1B petitions more than engineering roles. Ensure your job description specifies a degree-specific requirement, such as a bachelor's in marketing, communications, or a related field, and that your resume and transcripts directly support that framing.

Find Marketing at Manhattan Associates JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Manhattan Associates sponsor H-1B visas for Marketings?
Yes, Manhattan Associates sponsors H-1B visas for Marketing roles. Because Marketing is subject to closer USCIS scrutiny than technical positions, the job description and your credentials need to clearly establish a specialty occupation, meaning the role requires at minimum a bachelor's degree in a specific relevant field. Roles in product marketing or technical content, where domain expertise is explicit, tend to support stronger petitions.
How do I apply for Marketing jobs at Manhattan Associates?
Applications go through Manhattan Associates' careers portal, where you can filter by function and location. To find only roles that support visa sponsorship, use Migrate Mate, which surfaces Manhattan Associates' open Marketing positions alongside their sponsorship history. Tailor your resume to emphasize B2B or enterprise software marketing experience, as that directly maps to what their hiring managers prioritize.
Which visa types does Manhattan Associates commonly use for Marketing roles?
Manhattan Associates supports H-1B, EB-2, EB-3, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas. For entry to mid-level Marketing hires, F-1 OPT is common as a starting point before transitioning to H-1B. Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying Marketing occupations may also be eligible for TN status, which is processed at the border without a USCIS petition.
What qualifications does Manhattan Associates expect for Marketing roles?
Expectations vary by seniority, but most Marketing roles require a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. For product marketing or technical roles, familiarity with supply chain, logistics, or enterprise software is a strong differentiator. Senior positions typically require several years of B2B marketing experience, with demonstrable results in pipeline generation, content programs, or go-to-market strategy.
How do I handle the H-1B timeline if I receive a Marketing offer from Manhattan Associates?
If you're cap-subject, USCIS opens H-1B registration in March, with an October 1 start date for approved petitions. An offer received outside that window means your employer needs to either use premium processing for faster adjudication or bridge your status through OPT STEM extension if eligible. Confirm the exact sequencing with Manhattan Associates' HR team as early as possible in the offer stage.
