As Director of Product Marketing for Firefly for creative professionals, you'll define what Firefly means for professional designers, video editors, photographers, and other professional creatives: how it fits into the tools they already use, what value it unlocks, and how we tell that story in ways that drive real adoption. You'll build and lead a small team of PMMs and own strategy and execution in equal measure, working across product, marketing, and go-to-market teams to connect Firefly's capabilities to the moments that matter most for creative pros.

- Partner with inbound PMM teams to translate customer insights and use cases into outbound Firefly marketing strategy for Creative Cloud desktop app users, including integration with existing workflows and AI-native evolution of Creative Cloud desktop apps
- Own marketing strategy for Firefly for creative professionals — from awareness and discovery through usage and retention — in close partnership with channel owners and cross-functional marketing teams
- Own and orchestrate unified launch plans; write creative briefs and maintain a critical eye on channel execution across social, Adobe.com, email, and paid
- Develop and own post-launch optimization strategies informed by usage data — identifying where customers are in their Firefly journey and what interventions accelerate adoption
- Contribute to the PMM perspective on Firefly's business performance, connecting marketing strategy to adoption and engagement outcomes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging is coherent end to end, across broad product surface area and strategic partnerships
- Enable GTM and marketing teams to understand, articulate, and amplify Firefly's value
- Influence the roadmap using customer insight and market analysis — champion the customer's needs within the product process
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or a related field driving strategy and execution for innovative products
- Passion for new technologies, creative products, and the creative industry, with deep knowledge of the GenAI landscape
- End-to-end PMM skills: positioning, messaging, launch, and post-launch optimization
- Proven ability to develop compelling, evergreen product positioning that translates technical capability into customer value and drives engagement and adoption
- Experience launching AI or technically complex products, with an ability to differentiate in a fast-evolving competitive space
- Strong product instincts — you engage meaningfully with roadmaps and advocate for the customer throughout the product lifecycle
- Ability to toggle between high-level strategy and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and rapidly evolving environments, with a bias for action and problem solving
- Data-driven and insight-led, with genuine customer curiosity — you dig into research and talk directly with users
- Strong POV — you bring a clear perspective, push back when it matters, and operate effectively within a large and complex organization

Tailor your portfolio to Adobe's platforms
Adobe prioritizes marketers who already work in tools like Experience Cloud, Marketo Engage, or Adobe Analytics. Demonstrating hands-on expertise with their own stack signals immediate value and reduces onboarding risk for sponsored roles.
Target roles tied to specific product lines
Adobe's Marketing hiring is often organized around product areas like Digital Media or Digital Experience. Applying to roles aligned with a product you've marketed before sharpens your fit and gives interviewers a concrete reason to pursue sponsorship.
Confirm your visa type before the offer stage
Adobe sponsors multiple visa categories including H-1B, E-3, TN, and F-1 OPT. Knowing which category applies to you before negotiations start helps you ask the right questions and avoid delays once a verbal offer is made.
Account for H-1B cap timing in your search
If you need a cap-subject H-1B, USCIS registration opens in March for an October 1 start. Align your Adobe application timeline so an offer can land before or during the registration window, not after it closes.
Get your documentation employer-ready before interviews
Adobe's immigration process moves faster when candidates arrive prepared. Have your degree transcripts, any credential evaluation for non-U.S. degrees, and current visa documentation organized before you reach the offer stage.
Browse verified Marketing openings on Migrate Mate
Finding Adobe roles that actively include visa sponsorship takes more than a keyword search. Use Migrate Mate to filter Marketing positions at Adobe by visa type so you're applying to openings where sponsorship is already confirmed.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Adobe sponsor H-1B visas for Marketings?
Yes, Adobe sponsors H-1B visas for qualifying Marketing roles. Positions that meet the specialty occupation standard, typically requiring a bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, or a related field, are eligible. Cap-subject candidates need to plan around the USCIS annual registration window, which opens each March for an October 1 start date.
Which visa types does Adobe commonly sponsor for Marketing roles?
Adobe sponsors a range of visa categories for Marketing positions, including H-1B, E-3 visa (for Australian citizens), TN visa (for Canadian and Mexican nationals under USMCA), F-1 OPT and CPT, J-1 visa, and employment-based Green Cards through EB-2 and EB-3 pathways. The right category depends on your nationality, degree background, and where you are in the immigration process.
What qualifications does Adobe typically expect for sponsored Marketing roles?
Adobe's Marketing roles generally require a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline. Beyond credentials, the company places strong weight on demonstrated experience with data-driven marketing, familiarity with platforms like Adobe Experience Cloud or Marketo, and the ability to work cross-functionally with product and sales teams in a technology environment.
How do I apply for Marketing jobs at Adobe?
You can find and apply for Marketing roles at Adobe through their official careers page. To focus your search on positions that include visa sponsorship, use Migrate Mate to browse verified Adobe Marketing openings filtered by visa type. Tailor your application to the specific product line or marketing function the role sits within, and address your visa status clearly in early conversations with the recruiter.
How do I time my job search at Adobe around visa processing?
Timing depends on your visa category. F-1 OPT candidates should begin applying at least three to four months before their OPT start date, since USCIS recommends filing the EAD application 90 days in advance. For cap-subject H-1B candidates, targeting an Adobe offer between January and March aligns with the USCIS registration window. E-3 and TN applicants generally have more scheduling flexibility given those categories aren't subject to an annual cap.
