Experience with social marketing metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion) and basic attribution concepts.
-
Structured problem solver who can break down questions and deliver practical recommendations.
-
Ability to translate analysis into clear insights for non-technical partners (e.g., content creators, marketers).

Frame your portfolio around measurable growth outcomes
Adobe's Growth hiring focuses on candidates who can demonstrate experiment velocity, activation improvements, or revenue impact. Quantify outcomes in your resume and case studies before applying, generic marketing credentials won't stand out in this function.
Target teams aligned with Adobe Experience Cloud
Adobe's Growth roles are concentrated in its Experience Cloud and Digital Media businesses. Targeting job postings within these product lines, rather than applying broadly across Adobe, increases your relevance to hiring managers who prioritize domain-specific growth experience.
Clarify your visa category before your final interview round
Adobe sponsors multiple visa types for Growth roles. Knowing whether you need H-1B, E-3, or TN status before compensation conversations begin lets you align your timeline with Adobe's recruiting cycle and avoid delays after an offer is extended.
Account for H-1B cap timing in your job search
If you need H-1B sponsorship, USCIS registration opens in March for an October 1 start date. Targeting Adobe's Growth roles in Q4 of the prior year gives you enough runway to go through the full interview process before the registration window opens.
Prepare your degree equivalency documentation early
For specialty occupation petitions like H-1B or E-3, USCIS requires your degree to directly relate to the Growth role's duties. If your degree is outside marketing, statistics, or a related field, a credential evaluation from a NACES-approved agency strengthens your petition before Adobe files.
Use Migrate Mate to filter Adobe Growth openings by visa type
Finding Growth roles at Adobe that match your specific visa category takes more than a keyword search. Migrate Mate lets you filter Adobe's open positions by the visa types they sponsor, so you can focus your applications on roles where your immigration status is already a fit.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Adobe sponsor H-1B visas for Growth roles?
Yes, Adobe sponsors H-1B visas for Growth positions. Because the H-1B is subject to the annual USCIS cap, your start date will typically be October 1 following a successful lottery selection. Adobe's size and established HR infrastructure means the sponsorship process is well-documented internally, but you'll still want to align your interview timeline with the March registration window.
How do I apply for Growth jobs at Adobe?
Applications go through Adobe's careers site, but filtering for roles that match your visa category is easier on Migrate Mate, which surfaces Adobe Growth openings by sponsorship type. When you apply, tailor your resume to reflect growth metrics, experimentation outcomes, and platform-specific experience relevant to whichever Adobe product line the role sits in.
Which visa types does Adobe commonly sponsor for Growth professionals?
Adobe sponsors H-1B, E-3 visa, TN visa, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, J-1 visa, and Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3 for qualifying employees. For Australian citizens, the E-3 visa is often the fastest path since it bypasses the H-1B lottery. Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying Growth roles may be eligible for TN visa status, which doesn't require USCIS approval before starting work.
What qualifications does Adobe look for in Growth candidates who need sponsorship?
Adobe typically expects Growth candidates to have a bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, statistics, computer science, or a related analytical field, along with hands-on experience in product-led growth, A/B testing, or lifecycle marketing. For H-1B and E-3 purposes, your degree must tie directly to the role's specialty occupation requirements, so roles requiring analytical depth are easier to support with a visa petition.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take after receiving an offer from Adobe?
Timeline depends on visa type. E-3 and TN visas can often be processed in two to eight weeks through consular channels. H-1B sponsorship takes longer since USCIS adjudication after cap selection runs three to five months without premium processing. Adobe's legal team typically initiates the Labor Condition Application with DOL before the I-129 petition, so building in at least six months of lead time for H-1B cases is practical.
