The Opportunity
Joining a top-performing team backing the President of Adobe’s Creativity and Productivity business presents an exceptional opportunity to collaborate with executives and senior leaders driving AI transformation and strategic operations across the organization. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of two mandates. It involves scaling Adobe’s AI enablement program and serving as a trusted partner on central initiatives supporting the Office of the President of Creativity and Productivity. You will be the person who turns ambiguous, high-stakes priorities into structured, delivered outcomes. One week you may be standing up the operating model for an AI adoption cohort; the next, building an executive narrative for a President-level review or unblocking a cross-functional initiative that has stalled. You move fluidly between strategy and execution, and you make the leaders around you faster and sharper. The ideal candidate combines advanced program management skills with strong business intuition and a genuine enthusiasm for applied AI. You actively use AI to streamline your own workflows, you are always learning what is newly possible, and you enjoy teaching and enabling others to work the same way. You are comfortable working under tight timelines, building relationships effortlessly, navigating matrixed organizations with ease, and consistently converting complexity into results.
What You’ll Do
- Build and drive the execution of AI programs within the C&P organization: operationalize adoption cohorts, scale proven pilots, and translate strategy into structured, trackable workstreams
- Serve as a strategic execution partner on priority initiatives, including projects supporting the Office of the President of Creativity and Productivity
- Build executive-ready communications (briefs, decks, narratives, leadership updates) that drive decisions
- Distill ambiguous, high-priority problems into clear plans, then lead them to tangible outcomes
- Lead with AI in practice: find where AI tools and workflows create leverage, redesign processes around them, and model what good looks like for the team
- Drive AI change management and transformation: shift perspectives and behaviors, build momentum for new ways of working, and move teams from pilots to sustained adoption
- Navigate the C&P matrix to align cross-functional partners, build accountability, and unblock progress without formal authority
- Develop simple, repeatable processes and operating rhythms that scale and reduce leadership cognitive load
- Anticipate what leaders need before they ask, and take work off their plate end-to-end
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- 6+ years of experience in management consulting at a top firm, or strategy & operations at a leading technology company
- Proven track record of exceptional program and project management on complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Genuine AI enthusiasm: hands-on use of AI tools in daily work, a habit of learning what is newly possible, and a desire to teach and enable others
- A clear point of view on how AI changes the way work gets done, and the instinct to redesign processes and workflows around it
- Experience leading change management or transformation efforts, with a track record of driving adoption and new ways of working across an organization
- Strong communication and storytelling judgment, with the ability to use AI to produce executive-quality materials efficiently
- Experience working directly with senior executives and producing materials for them
- Strong business intuition and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Ability to build structure, drive accountability, and deliver results across senior-level, cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred

As part of the hiring experience, we provide clear guidance on where AI is encouraged during the process and where it’s restricted during live interviews. Frame your analytics credentials for Adobe's scale
Adobe's Strategy Business Operations teams run analysis across platforms like Creative Cloud and Document Cloud. Tailor your resume to show experience with large-scale data workflows, not just business intelligence basics, so your profile maps cleanly to what their sourcing teams prioritize.
Target roles that sit under Finance or Corporate Strategy
At Adobe, Strategy Business Operations positions often roll up to Finance or Corporate Development orgs. Filtering for job postings in those verticals on Adobe's careers site surfaces roles more likely to have established sponsorship precedent and dedicated HR immigration liaisons.
Clarify your OPT or CPT timeline before the first interview
Adobe recruits heavily from STEM programs, but F-1 OPT windows create real timing pressure. Know your OPT end date and STEM extension eligibility before screening calls so you can answer work authorization questions without hesitation or ambiguity.
Use Migrate Mate to identify open Strategy Business Operations roles at Adobe
Searching broadly wastes time when you need sponsorship-confirmed listings. Migrate Mate filters Adobe's open Strategy Business Operations positions by visa type, so you reach out to hiring teams already set up for the sponsorship process you need.
Confirm LCA filing timing before accepting an offer
For H-1B transfers or new petitions, Adobe's legal team files a Labor Condition Application with the DOL before USCIS sees your petition. Ask your recruiter where the role sits in that pipeline so you're not caught waiting during a critical status gap.
Prepare a degree equivalency argument if you hold a three-year bachelor's degree
USCIS specialty occupation standards require a directly related U.S. bachelor's equivalent. If your degree is a three-year credential, line up an academic evaluation and supplementary work experience documentation before Adobe's immigration counsel requests it, not after.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Adobe sponsor H-1B visas for Strategy Business Operations?
Yes. Adobe sponsors H-1B visas for Strategy Business Operations roles and has a well-established internal process for managing petitions through USCIS. These positions typically qualify as specialty occupations because they require at minimum a bachelor's degree in a directly related field such as business, economics, or data analytics. Your offer letter will specify whether H-1B sponsorship is included.
How do I apply for Strategy Business Operations jobs at Adobe?
Apply directly through Adobe's careers portal and indicate your visa sponsorship needs during the application or recruiter screening stage. Adobe's HR team routes candidates who need sponsorship to their immigration legal team early in the process. You can also browse confirmed open roles at Adobe filtered by visa type on Migrate Mate, which saves time compared to checking the careers page manually.
Which visa types does Adobe commonly use for Strategy Business Operations roles?
Adobe sponsors H-1B, E-3 visa, TN visa, and F-1 OPT and CPT for Strategy Business Operations positions, as well as Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3 for longer-term employees. The right category depends on your nationality and current status. Australian citizens can use the E-3 visa as an H-1B alternative, while Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying roles may be eligible for TN visa status.
What qualifications does Adobe expect for Strategy Business Operations roles?
Adobe typically looks for candidates with a bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a quantitative field, with stronger preference for those who can demonstrate cross-functional project ownership and data-driven decision-making. MBA credentials and prior experience inside a large software or SaaS organization are common among competitive applicants. Proficiency with tools like Tableau, SQL, or Workday Adaptive is frequently mentioned in Adobe's job postings for this function.
How long does the sponsorship process take for a Strategy Business Operations hire at Adobe?
Timeline depends heavily on visa category and your current status. H-1B transfers from another employer can be filed with a receipt notice allowing you to start work relatively quickly. New H-1B petitions are subject to the annual lottery and the October 1 start date. E-3 and TN visas have no cap and can be processed at a consulate in weeks. Adobe's immigration counsel typically initiates the DOL Labor Condition Application within days of an accepted offer.
