ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team of skilled senior engineers focusing on modernizing architecture, including updates to Photoshop's interface using Adobe's shared UI framework
- Build exceptional experiences for our customers and developers
- Mentor aspiring technical leaders, setting high bars for excellence in architecture, code design and process
- Drive the delivery lifecycle from planning and development through quality reviews
- Ensure the daily work of developers is prioritized, efficient and aligned with current goals
- Manage project scope and risk using data, analytics, and creative problem-solving

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $135,600 - $275,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
