We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen. We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Business Operations Lead to serve within the Ultimate Success team, within our strategic accounts segment, designed to deliver a differentiated, cross-functional engagement model. In this role, you will serve as the operational backbone and decision enabler for senior leadership (Director+), driving alignment, governance, and performance visibility across strategy, data, programs, and delivery/resource management. You will establish and own the operating model for the Signature Program—ensuring clear accountability, a unified reference point on program health, and disciplined execution across cross-functional collaborators. You will lead steering committees and executive forums for priority initiatives, framing decisions, driving closure, and ensuring commitments translate into measurable outcomes. As a core member of this segment’s leadership team, you will bring structure to complexity, proactively surface risks and tradeoffs, and materially increase leadership effectiveness by reducing ambiguity, preventing surprises, and ensuring follow-through.
Responsibilities
Own and Enforce the Signature Operating Model
- Define, document, and continuously improve how the Signature Program operates (cadence, metrics, governance).
- Act as the single source of truth for program, account, and initiative health.
- Hold cross-functional collaborators accountable to agreed operating rhythms and commitments.
Enable Decisions and Drive Accountability
- Guide steering committees and executive governance forums with clear objectives and outcomes.
- Frame leadership conversations about decisions, options, tradeoffs, and implications.
- Maintain decision logs and ensure follow-through is reflected in execution plans.
Deliver Actionable, Executive-Ready Insights
- Drive requirements for decision-ready dashboards and work management systems.
- Deliver weekly summaries, priorities and QBRs.
- Translate data into clear narratives highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
- Reconcile conflicting inputs into a single, trusted view of reality.
Drive Strategic Initiatives to Measurable Outcomes
- Own tracking and inspection of critical Signature initiatives.
- Ensure initiatives deliver measurable value, not just activity.
- Improve workflows and adoption of AI and tooling to increase efficiency and clarity.
Align Resources and Investment to Business Impact
- Oversee staffing, capacity, and delivery planning for the segment.
- Partner with Finance to monitor headcount, travel, events, and contractor spend.
- Connect resource and investment decisions to retention risk and revenue impact.
Internal Role Anchor: This role ensures our most critical customer programs never fail due to lack of clarity, alignment, or follow-through.

Frame Your Experience Around Operational Scale
Adobe prioritizes Business Operations candidates who've worked in high-growth or enterprise software environments. Quantify how your process improvements, vendor management, or go-to-market support translated to measurable outcomes, not just scope of responsibility.
Align Your Profile With Adobe's Internal Business Units
Adobe's Business Operations function spans Digital Experience, Digital Media, and corporate strategy. Tailoring your resume and interviews to a specific business unit signals operational context, which strengthens your application and the employer's visa petition narrative around your specialized role.
Use Migrate Mate to Surface Adobe's Active Openings
Adobe posts Business Operations roles across levels and business units at different times of year. Use Migrate Mate to filter for Adobe's current openings by visa type so you're applying to roles where sponsorship is already confirmed, not assumed.
Get Your PERM Documentation Ready Early
Adobe typically initiates PERM labor certification for EB-2 and EB-3 green card sponsorship, which requires employer documentation of recruitment efforts. If your offer letter signals green card intent, align with your immigration contact on timelines before your priority date window opens.

Find Business Operations at Adobe JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Adobe sponsor H-1B visas for Business Operations roles?
Yes, Adobe sponsors H-1B visas for Business Operations positions. The company files petitions during the annual USCIS registration window in March, with employment starting October 1 if selected. Because the H-1B is subject to the annual cap and lottery, it's worth understanding your eligibility for cap-exempt alternatives like E-3 or TN if they apply to your citizenship.
How do I apply for Business Operations jobs at Adobe?
Applications go through Adobe's careers portal at adobe.com/careers. Filter by function using terms like 'Business Operations,' 'Strategy and Operations,' or 'Go-to-Market Operations' to surface relevant openings. For a filtered view showing only roles where visa sponsorship is available, Migrate Mate lets you browse Adobe's current Business Operations listings by visa type before you apply.
Which visa types does Adobe commonly use for Business Operations hires?
Adobe uses H-1B for most international Business Operations hires, with E-3 available exclusively for Australian citizens and TN for Canadian and Mexican nationals under USMCA. F-1 OPT and CPT are also supported for recent graduates entering the function. For longer-term sponsorship, Adobe has established pathways for EB-2 and EB-3 green card sponsorship through PERM labor certification.
What qualifications does Adobe look for in Business Operations candidates?
Adobe's Business Operations roles typically require a bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field, with stronger positions expecting an MBA or equivalent advanced degree. Practical experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments carries significant weight. Analytical proficiency, cross-functional project management, and familiarity with go-to-market or revenue operations frameworks are consistently valued across seniority levels.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take if I get an offer from Adobe?
Timeline depends on your visa category. TN and E-3 can move in weeks since they bypass the lottery. H-1B petitions filed in April have an October 1 effective date, creating a six-month gap if you're not already in H-1B status. PERM-based green card sponsorship through EB-2 or EB-3 runs one to three years from filing before your priority date becomes current, depending on your country of birth.
