Frame Your Portfolio Around Adobe's Product Pillars
Adobe structures its product organization around Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Tailor your case studies and portfolio to show cross-functional ownership, data-driven iteration, and B2B or B2C experience that maps directly to those business lines.
Target Roles Labeled Senior PM or Above
Adobe's sponsorship approvals for Product Managers skew toward mid-level and senior positions where the specialty occupation case is clearest. A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field strengthens the LCA filing DOL reviews before your H-1B petition goes to USCIS.
Clarify Your OPT STEM Extension Eligibility Early
If you're on F-1 OPT, confirm whether your degree qualifies for the 24-month STEM extension before accepting an offer. Adobe is an E-Verify participant, which is a federal requirement for STEM OPT authorization, and your start date must align with your current OPT window.
Use Migrate Mate to Identify Active Adobe PM Openings
Adobe posts Product Manager roles across locations with varying sponsorship signals. Search Migrate Mate to filter for Adobe roles by visa type and location so you're applying to openings where your specific status is already a fit.
Ask Recruiters Directly About Premium Processing
Adobe's recruiting timelines for Product Manager roles can move faster than standard USCIS processing windows, which currently run several months for H-1B petitions. Ask the recruiter early whether the team will support premium processing to align your adjudication date with your target start.
Prepare for Green Card Conversations at Offer Stage
Adobe sponsors EB-2 and EB-3 petitions, but PERM labor certification timelines vary significantly by role location and prevailing wage level. Raise green card sponsorship during offer negotiation, not after you've signed, so expectations are documented before your first day.

Find Product Manager at Adobe JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Adobe sponsor H-1B visas for Product Managers?
Yes, Adobe sponsors H-1B visas for Product Manager roles. The process requires Adobe to file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL and then submit an H-1B petition to USCIS on your behalf. Most new H-1B sponsorships are subject to the annual lottery, so timing your application cycle and confirming sponsor intent before the March registration window opens is important.
How do I apply for Product Manager jobs at Adobe?
Apply directly through Adobe's careers site and filter by product management. Before applying, review the job description for degree requirements and team alignment, since Adobe's PM roles sit within distinct product organizations with different hiring bars. You can also browse open Adobe Product Manager roles filtered by visa type on Migrate Mate to find positions that match your current immigration status.
Which visa types does Adobe commonly sponsor for Product Managers?
Adobe sponsors H-1B, E-3, TN, and F-1 OPT for Product Manager roles, along with immigrant visa pathways including EB-2 and EB-3 for longer-term employees. Australian citizens working in product can target the E-3, which has no lottery and allows two-year renewable periods. Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying PM roles may be eligible for TN status.
What qualifications does Adobe expect for sponsored Product Manager roles?
Adobe generally expects a bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field for its Product Manager roles, with stronger preference for computer science, engineering, or information systems backgrounds at senior levels. Demonstrated experience owning a product roadmap, working cross-functionally with engineering and design, and using analytics to drive decisions is consistently emphasized across Adobe's PM job postings.
How do I manage timing between my visa status and Adobe's hiring process?
Adobe's PM hiring cycles can span six to twelve weeks from application to offer. If you're on F-1 OPT with limited time remaining, flag your authorization end date early in recruiter conversations so the team can assess whether cap-gap coverage or premium H-1B processing is needed. For H-1B transfers from another employer, your 60-day portability window starts the moment your previous employment ends.
