Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Business Manager Jobs at Adobe Jobs
Frame your portfolio around Adobe's product lines
Adobe hires Business Managers to drive adoption of Creative Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Document Cloud. Tailor your resume and interview materials to show experience with SaaS go-to-market, partner ecosystems, or enterprise sales cycles relevant to those verticals.
Target roles labeled 'Business Manager' specifically
Adobe posts similar roles under different titles. Search for 'Business Manager' rather than broader terms like 'strategy' or 'operations' to find positions that align with the function most likely to support E-3, H-1B, or TN sponsorship through Adobe's established sponsorship process.
Confirm sponsorship eligibility before final interview rounds
Adobe's recruiting team typically addresses visa needs during the offer stage, not earlier. Ask your recruiter directly which visa category they plan to file under and whether the role is classified as a specialty occupation, since that classification determines H-1B eligibility.
Build an LCA paper trail from day one
Once Adobe files a Labor Condition Application with DOL on your behalf, the certified LCA defines your worksite and wage floor. If your role shifts to a different office or becomes hybrid, verify with your immigration contact that the LCA reflects your actual work location.
Use Migrate Mate to identify open Business Manager roles at Adobe with active sponsorship
Search Migrate Mate's job board to filter Adobe's current Business Manager openings by visa type. This saves time by surfacing only roles where sponsorship is confirmed, rather than applying broadly and following up on sponsorship availability later.
Prepare for longer timelines if you need a Green Card
If your goal is permanent residence, understand that EB-2 or EB-3 PERM sponsorship runs parallel to your nonimmigrant status and can take years. Discuss green card intent with your Adobe recruiter early so both parties can plan around PERM filing and priority date wait times.

Find Business Manager at Adobe JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Adobe sponsor H-1B visas for Business Managers?
Yes, Adobe sponsors H-1B visas for Business Manager roles. The role must qualify as a specialty occupation under USCIS standards, meaning a relevant bachelor's degree or higher is required in a specific field such as business administration, marketing, or a related discipline. Adobe participates in the H-1B cap lottery each March for new registrations, so timing your offer relative to the April 1 filing window matters.
How do I apply for Business Manager jobs at Adobe?
Apply through Adobe's careers site or browse open Business Manager positions on Migrate Mate, which filters by visa sponsorship so you can confirm eligibility upfront. Adobe's process typically involves a recruiter screen, a hiring manager interview, and a cross-functional panel round. Prepare to discuss a specific business impact example tied to a SaaS or enterprise software context, since that mirrors what Adobe's hiring teams prioritize.
Which visa types does Adobe commonly use for Business Manager roles?
Adobe supports several visa categories for Business Manager positions, including H-1B, E-3 for Australian citizens, TN for Canadian and Mexican nationals, and F-1 OPT or CPT for recent graduates. For candidates pursuing permanent residence, Adobe also files EB-2 and EB-3 PERM petitions. The specific category depends on your nationality, degree field, and where you are in your immigration journey.
What qualifications does Adobe expect for a Business Manager with visa sponsorship?
Adobe typically looks for a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field, plus experience in SaaS sales strategy, partner management, or enterprise program operations. For visa purposes, your degree must directly relate to the job duties, which is especially important for H-1B specialty occupation requirements. Candidates with experience tied to Adobe's core product segments tend to move further in the process.
How do I think about timing when targeting a Business Manager role at Adobe as a visa holder?
If you're on F-1 OPT, confirm your OPT expiration date before accepting an offer, since Adobe will need time to file your H-1B or other petition before your work authorization lapses. The H-1B cap lottery runs once per year with an April 1 filing deadline, so an offer made after April may require using a cap-exempt pathway or bridging with OPT STEM extension. Build at least 60 days of buffer into your timeline for USCIS processing.
