Align your PM credentials to Adobe's domains
Adobe recruits Program Managers across Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Frame your resume around cross-functional delivery, product lifecycle ownership, or platform-scale programs to match the scope these teams actually hire for.
Target roles posted under multiple titles
Adobe lists similar roles as Program Manager, Technical Program Manager, and Senior Program Manager. Search all variants when browsing open positions, since sponsorship eligibility and team fit can differ meaningfully between these tracks.
Prepare a specialization case for your PM role
USCIS scrutinizes whether Program Manager qualifies as a specialty occupation under H-1B standards. Roles tied to specific technical domains, like software architecture program management or enterprise systems integration, carry stronger petitions than general coordination-focused descriptions.
Find verified Adobe PM openings through Migrate Mate
Browse Program Manager roles at Adobe that are filtered by visa sponsorship type on Migrate Mate. It surfaces active listings across Adobe's business units, so you spend less time filtering out roles that don't support international candidates.

Find Program Manager at Adobe JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Adobe sponsor H-1B visas for Program Managers?
Yes, Adobe sponsors H-1B visas for Program Manager roles. The company works with immigration counsel to handle petitions, including the Labor Condition Application filed with the DOL. Because H-1B is subject to the annual lottery cap, timing your offer around the April filing window matters. Roles in technical program management tend to support stronger specialty occupation arguments than broadly scoped coordination positions.
How do I apply for Program Manager jobs at Adobe?
Applications go through Adobe's careers portal, where you can filter by role type and location. Migrate Mate also surfaces active Program Manager openings at Adobe, filtered by visa sponsorship type, which helps you identify roles that explicitly support international candidates. Tailor your application to the specific product domain, since Adobe's PM roles vary significantly across Creative Cloud, Experience Cloud, and enterprise product lines.
Which visa types does Adobe commonly sponsor for Program Managers?
Adobe sponsors H-1B, E-3, TN, and F-1 OPT and CPT for Program Manager roles, and supports Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3 for longer-term employees. E-3 is available to Australian citizens only and skips the lottery entirely. TN is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying professional categories. Your visa type affects your timeline and the filing steps Adobe's legal team will manage.
What qualifications does Adobe expect for Program Manager roles?
Adobe typically looks for Program Managers with a bachelor's degree in a field relevant to the role, such as computer science, engineering, or business. For technical PM tracks, experience managing software development programs or platform-scale initiatives carries significant weight. For H-1B purposes, the degree field should align with the job duties, since USCIS evaluates whether the role qualifies as a specialty occupation.
How long does the sponsorship process take for a Program Manager at Adobe?
Timeline depends on your visa type. H-1B standard processing runs three to five months after USCIS receives the petition in April, with a start date no earlier than October 1. Premium processing can reduce USCIS adjudication to 15 business days, though it doesn't speed up DOL's LCA review. E-3 applicants can often complete consular processing in four to eight weeks, making it faster for Australian nationals already outside the U.S.
