Align your credentials to Adobe's consulting stack
Adobe's Consultant roles frequently require demonstrated expertise in Experience Cloud products like Analytics, Marketo, or AEM. Before applying, document specific implementations or client engagements with those platforms so your resume maps directly to the technical depth Adobe's hiring teams screen for.
Target Adobe's industry verticals strategically
Adobe staffs Consultants against specific verticals including financial services, retail, and media. Identifying open roles by vertical and tailoring your application to that industry's customer data or personalization challenges sharpens your fit beyond generic consulting experience.
Clarify your visa category before the offer stage
Adobe sponsors H-1B, E-3, TN, and other categories, but the right path depends on your nationality and status. Raise your visa situation with the recruiter early so Adobe's immigration team can confirm the appropriate category before an offer is drafted, avoiding delays at the filing stage.
Use Migrate Mate to surface live Consultant openings
Adobe posts Consultant roles across multiple teams and locations, and openings move quickly. Use Migrate Mate to filter Adobe's active Consultant jobs by visa type so you're applying to roles where your specific sponsorship category is already supported.
Understand how LCA prevailing wage affects your offer
For H-1B and E-3 filings, Adobe's legal team submits a Labor Condition Application to the DOL certifying your wage meets the prevailing level for your role and location. Higher-cost metros like San Jose or New York set higher wage floors, which can influence where your role is formally based.
Time your application around H-1B cap deadlines if needed
If you're on F-1 OPT and need cap-subject H-1B sponsorship, Adobe must file your petition in April for an October 1 start. Start conversations with Adobe recruiters by January so there's enough lead time for offer, LCA certification, and USCIS lottery registration.

Find Consultant at Adobe JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Adobe sponsor H-1B visas for Consultants?
Yes, Adobe sponsors H-1B visas for Consultant roles. Adobe's immigration team works with candidates throughout the process, from Labor Condition Application filing with the DOL through USCIS petition submission. If you're currently on OPT or another nonimmigrant status, raise your situation early in the recruiting process so timelines can be confirmed before an offer is finalized.
How do I apply for Consultant jobs at Adobe?
Consultant roles at Adobe are posted on Adobe's careers site and updated regularly across different teams and verticals. Applying directly through Adobe's portal is the standard path. You can also use Migrate Mate to browse Adobe's active Consultant openings filtered by visa sponsorship type, which helps you identify the roles most relevant to your immigration situation before you apply.
Which visa types does Adobe commonly sponsor for Consultant roles?
Adobe sponsors several visa categories for Consultants, including H-1B, E-3 (for Australian citizens), TN (for Canadian and Mexican nationals under USMCA), F-1 OPT and CPT for students in active programs, J-1, and employment-based Green Cards including EB-2 and EB-3. The right category depends on your nationality, current status, and the specific role's requirements.
What qualifications does Adobe expect for sponsored Consultant positions?
Adobe's Consultant roles typically require a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, business, or marketing, combined with hands-on experience deploying Adobe Experience Cloud products. Client-facing consulting experience, the ability to lead technical workshops, and familiarity with enterprise data or personalization use cases are consistently weighted heavily across posted Consultant job descriptions.
How do I think about timing if I need visa sponsorship for a Consultant role at Adobe?
Timing depends on your current status. If you're on F-1 OPT, you may be able to start work while an H-1B petition is pending, but the annual H-1B cap registration window closes in late March. For E-3 or TN transfers, processing is faster and not subject to a lottery. In all cases, inform your recruiter of your visa situation before the offer stage to avoid gaps between your status and your start date.
