Frame your resume around process ownership
Adobe's operations roles reward demonstrated ownership of workflows, tools, and cross-functional programs. Quantify efficiency gains, system rollouts, or process redesigns you've led. Vague coordination experience won't stand out in a competitive applicant pool.
Target Adobe's enterprise and go-to-market teams
Operations Manager openings at Adobe cluster around Digital Experience and Digital Media divisions. Focusing your search on these business units, rather than applying broadly, aligns your application with where Adobe consistently needs operational infrastructure built and managed.
Verify your OPT or CPT authorization timeline early
If you're on F-1 OPT, your work authorization window is fixed. Adobe's hiring process for operations roles can span several weeks, so confirm your OPT end date before applying and flag your timeline honestly during recruiter screens to avoid late-stage complications.
Understand how Adobe structures H-1B sponsorship
Adobe sponsors H-1B visas for operations roles, but the April lottery cap means timing matters. If you're outside the cap-exempt window, align your job search to get an offer before the March registration period. USCIS determines selection, not Adobe's preference.
Use Migrate Mate to find Adobe's open operations roles
Adobe's sponsorship-eligible Operations Manager jobs are verified and browsable on Migrate Mate. Filter by visa type and role to identify live openings before applying through Adobe's careers portal, saving time spent on roles that don't support international candidates.
Prepare for Adobe's structured interview process
Adobe operations interviews typically involve a case or situational component alongside behavioral rounds. Documenting examples of cross-functional alignment, tool implementation, or scaled process improvements in advance gives you concrete material for each stage of their assessment.

Find Operations Manager at Adobe JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Adobe sponsor H-1B visas for Operations Managers?
Yes, Adobe sponsors H-1B visas for Operations Manager roles. If you're subject to the annual cap, your employer must submit a registration during USCIS's lottery window in March, with employment starting no earlier than October 1 if selected. Adobe works with immigration counsel to support sponsored employees through the full filing process.
How do I apply for Operations Manager jobs at Adobe?
Start by browsing verified sponsorship-eligible Operations Manager openings on Migrate Mate, which filters Adobe roles by visa type. Then apply directly through Adobe's careers portal. Tailor your application to the specific business unit, such as Digital Experience or Digital Media, and clearly note your work authorization status in the application or recruiter screen.
Which visa types does Adobe sponsor for Operations Manager roles?
Adobe sponsors a range of visa categories for Operations Managers, including H-1B, E-3, TN, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, J-1, and employment-based Green Cards through the EB-2 and EB-3 pathways. The right category depends on your nationality and situation. Australian citizens, for example, may be eligible for the E-3, which bypasses the H-1B lottery.
What qualifications does Adobe look for in Operations Manager candidates?
Adobe's Operations Manager roles typically require a bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field, alongside experience managing cross-functional programs or operational systems at scale. Familiarity with enterprise tools, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to coordinate across product, finance, and go-to-market teams is consistently reflected in their job descriptions.
How long does Adobe's sponsorship and hiring process take for Operations roles?
From application to offer, Adobe's operations hiring process often takes four to eight weeks across recruiter screen, panel interviews, and offer stages. Visa filing timelines vary by category: H-1B petitions are tied to the October 1 start date, while E-3 and TN applications can move faster through consular processing. USCIS premium processing is available for H-1B filings if Adobe elects it.
