The Opportunity
As a Senior Manager on Adobe’s digital business team, you’ll own growth and monetization strategy for a portfolio of Adobe’s mobile apps - spanning Creativity and Productivity products like Acrobat Reader, Lightroom, Firefly, Adobe Scan, Premiere Mobile etc. You’ll find opportunities for revenue growth across the full funnel - acquisition, conversion, expansion, and retention, turn those ideas into actionable experiments, and partner across product, analytics, demand generation, and regional teams to ship them and realize impact. This is a high-impact, high visibility individual-contributor strategy role for someone who likes to go deep: diagnosing problems with data, framing the bets that matter, and driving them through to measurable ARR impact - while prioritizing across and juggling a portfolio of short- and long-term initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Build a deep understanding of Adobe’s mobile products, transaction surfaces, and what motivates customers to purchase, and engage with Adobe products
- Ideate the broader growth strategies and the specific experiments to test them - across pricing, acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Draw on both qualitative insight (user journeys, customer needs) and quantitative analysis to pinpoint the workflows and tactics that improve acquisition, upsell, cross-sell, and retention
- Partner with platform product, analytics, demand generation, and regional teams to take initiatives from idea to launch and measurement
- Frame and prioritize high-impact bets, and build the cross-functional alignment needed to ship them
- Distill progress, results, and blockers for senior collaborators, with an eye on what’s material
- Work closely with app store partners - Google Play and the Apple App Store, staying ahead of their policies and feature releases, putting new capabilities to work for Adobe, and influencing partner roadmaps where it counts
What You Need To Succeed
- MBA preferred, with 6+ years in product-led growth strategy, product marketing, product management, or tech-focused management consulting
- Sharp, structured problem-solving skills ideally developed at a leading management consulting firm. The ability to break down ambiguous problems, surface key insights, and develop clear action plans or roadmaps.
- Experience with digital commerce; specifically understanding of mobile apps and subscription business models is a plus
- Strong data fluency - comfortable with basic modeling and, most importantly, able to draw sharp insights and clear implications from the data put in front of you (essential); hands-on A/B-testing experience is a plus, not a requirement
- A real interest in technology and hands-on familiarity with AI tools, with the curiosity to keep learning as space evolves
- Comfortable navigating organizational complexity and influencing roadmaps without direct authority, and a clear communicator who can make complex tradeoffs legible to executives
- Experience working with global teams and across markets

Align your portfolio to Adobe's growth model
Adobe's Growth Manager roles sit at the intersection of data, experimentation, and product-led growth. Before applying, document specific examples of A/B testing, funnel optimization, or lifecycle campaigns that tie directly to revenue or retention outcomes.
Target roles tied to Adobe Experience Cloud
Growth Manager openings connected to Adobe Experience Cloud, Marketo Engage, or Creative Cloud subscriptions tend to require deep B2B or SaaS growth experience. Filtering for these product lines helps you find roles where your background maps cleanly to the job description.
Confirm your visa type before your first interview
Adobe sponsors multiple visa categories for this role. Know which visa applies to your situation before screening calls start. If you're on F-1 OPT, confirm your OPT expiration date so you can clearly communicate your H-1B cap-gap eligibility if the offer extends into April or later.
Find Adobe's active Growth Manager openings on Migrate Mate
Search Migrate Mate to filter Adobe's current Growth Manager listings by visa type. This surfaces roles where sponsorship is confirmed, so you're not guessing which positions will support your specific immigration status.
Prepare for Adobe's LCA wage level requirements
Adobe files Labor Condition Applications with the DOL before sponsoring any H-1B or E-3 hire. Growth Manager offers must meet prevailing wage thresholds for the worksite location. Research DOL wage data for your target city so you can evaluate whether an offer aligns with those requirements.
Time your application around the H-1B registration window
If you need H-1B sponsorship, USCIS opens registration each March for the annual lottery. Landing an offer and completing onboarding before late February gives Adobe's immigration team enough runway to register you before the window closes.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Adobe sponsor H-1B visas for Growth Managers?
Yes, Adobe sponsors H-1B visas for Growth Manager roles. Adobe has a dedicated immigration function that works with external counsel to handle H-1B petitions, including cap-subject filings for new hires and cap-exempt transfers for candidates already holding H-1B status with another employer. If you're applying from outside H-1B status, confirm your timeline against the annual USCIS registration window each March.
Which visa types does Adobe commonly use for Growth Manager roles?
Adobe sponsors H-1B, E-3 visa (for Australian citizens), TN visa (for Canadian and Mexican nationals), and F-1 OPT and CPT for students. For longer-term permanent residency, Adobe supports EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card sponsorship. The right category depends on your nationality, current status, and career stage, so clarifying this early in the hiring process avoids surprises at the offer stage.
What qualifications does Adobe expect for Growth Manager positions?
Adobe's Growth Manager roles typically require a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a related analytical field. Relevant experience in SaaS or digital product growth is weighted heavily, particularly if you can demonstrate hands-on work with experimentation frameworks, CRM platforms, or growth analytics tools. Roles tied to Adobe Experience Cloud often expect familiarity with enterprise marketing technology stacks.
How do I apply for Growth Manager jobs at Adobe?
You can browse and apply for Growth Manager openings at Adobe through Migrate Mate, which filters listings by visa sponsorship type so you can confirm eligibility before applying. Adobe's hiring process for this role generally includes a recruiter screen, a hiring manager interview, and a case or presentation round focused on growth strategy. Having your visa situation clearly articulated before the recruiter screen keeps the process moving smoothly.
How do I time my job search if I need Adobe to sponsor my visa?
Your timeline depends on your current status. F-1 OPT holders should start applying at least six months before OPT expires to allow time for an offer, onboarding, and H-1B registration in March. E-3 and TN applicants have more flexibility since those visas aren't cap-subject, but Adobe still needs several weeks to prepare the Labor Condition Application and supporting documentation before a start date can be confirmed.
