Align your PM credentials to life sciences
Veeva exclusively serves pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device clients. Highlighting experience with regulated industries, validation documentation, or GxP environments in your resume signals direct relevance to their Program Manager hiring criteria.
Target roles tied to product or platform initiatives
Veeva's Program Manager openings frequently sit within Vault platform or commercial cloud programs. Filtering your search by product line rather than job title alone surfaces roles where sponsorship has historically been approved for this function.
Clarify your visa category before the offer stage
Veeva sponsors multiple visa types, including H-1B, TN, and F-1 OPT. If you're on OPT with limited runway, raise your authorization status and STEM extension eligibility early so the recruiting team can confirm their filing timeline aligns with your situation.
Verify your offer covers H-1B transfer costs
If you're transferring an existing H-1B rather than filing a new petition, confirm with your Veeva recruiter whether the company covers USCIS filing fees for transfers. DOL prevailing wage requirements still apply regardless of whether you're a new or transferring beneficiary.
Prepare a PMP or agile certification before applying
Program Manager job descriptions at Veeva consistently list PMP certification or demonstrated agile delivery experience as preferred qualifications. Having either in place removes a credentialing gap that can stall an offer when a sponsorship timeline is already tight.
Use Migrate Mate to surface active openings
Program Manager roles at Veeva that include sponsorship don't always stay open long. Use Migrate Mate to track current listings filtered by visa type and employer, so you're applying to positions where sponsorship is confirmed rather than assumed.

Find Program Manager at Veeva Systems JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Veeva Systems sponsor H-1B visas for Program Managers?
Yes, Veeva Systems sponsors H-1B visas for Program Manager roles. The company operates in the technology and software sector under the life sciences vertical, and Program Manager positions typically qualify as specialty occupations under H-1B criteria. If you're in the H-1B lottery or transferring an existing petition, Veeva has an established process for supporting this function through legal counsel.
Which visa types does Veeva Systems commonly sponsor for Program Managers?
Veeva sponsors H-1B, H-1B1, TN, and F-1 OPT and CPT for Program Manager roles, along with immigrant visa pathways including EB-2 and EB-3 for longer-term employment. TN is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying roles. If you're on OPT with a STEM extension, confirm your end date with the recruiter so the H-1B cap-subject petition timeline is planned in advance.
What qualifications does Veeva Systems expect for Program Manager roles?
Veeva typically looks for a bachelor's degree in a technical, scientific, or business discipline alongside demonstrated program or project management experience. Familiarity with SaaS implementation, regulated environments such as pharmaceutical or biotech, and tools like Jira or Smartsheet strengthens your application. PMP certification or agile training is listed as preferred in many postings and can offset limited industry-specific experience.
How do I apply for Program Manager jobs at Veeva Systems?
Applications go through Veeva's careers portal, where you can filter by role type and location. Because sponsorship eligibility isn't always specified in individual postings, use Migrate Mate to browse Program Manager openings at Veeva filtered by visa type before applying. Tailoring your resume to reference life sciences software delivery, cross-functional coordination, and regulated project environments increases your chances of clearing the initial screen.
How do I plan my timeline if I need H-1B sponsorship at Veeva Systems?
The H-1B cap lottery opens in March each year, with an October 1 start date for approved petitions. If you're already on OPT and your authorization extends past October 1, Veeva can file in the April window for an employment start without a gap. If your OPT expires before October, explore whether you qualify for a cap-exempt filing through a connected institution, or discuss bridge options with Veeva's HR team during the offer stage.
