MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 7+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS:
- Specialized experience needed: hands-on management of complex pursuits, proposals, implementations, or other deadline-driven projects with multiple workstreams, dependencies, governance routines, and executive visibility.
- Candidates should be advanced users of integrated project plans, milestone schedules, readiness trackers, RAID logs, action registers, decision logs, and executive status reporting.
- Must have strong cross-functional coordination experience across operations, IT, pricing, HR, finance, sales, proposal, SMEs, and leadership stakeholders.
- Must communicate clearly, escalate early, and use approved AI-enabled tools to streamline notes, action tracking, reporting, and risk visibility.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail skills needed.
This position is fully remote and will require a home office.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment.
