Align Your Credentials to U.S. Standards
Hospitality roles at Midas Hospitality often require demonstrated experience in guest-facing or operational functions. If your credentials come from outside the U.S., gather reference letters and employer documentation that map your experience to American hotel or food service standards.
Target Midas Hospitality Properties by Brand Affiliation
Midas Hospitality manages properties under major hotel brands, so search by the brands they operate, not just the company name. Applications tied to specific properties you've researched show operational awareness and signal genuine interest to hiring managers.
Clarify Visa Type Before Accepting an Offer
Midas Hospitality sponsors multiple visa categories for hospitality workers. Confirm early whether your role and background align with H-2B, TN, or an employment-based Green Card pathway, since each has different employer filing timelines and DOL requirements.
Understand H-2B Seasonal Timing Constraints
The H-2B program has a congressionally set annual cap and two filing windows. If your offer is tied to a seasonal hospitality role, your employer must file with DOL well in advance. Missing a filing window means waiting until the next season.
Prepare for the PERM Process if Targeting a Green Card
EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship requires the employer to complete PERM labor certification through DOL before filing your immigrant petition. This process takes months, so ask Midas Hospitality about their timeline expectations and internal approval steps before assuming a Green Card is immediate.
Browse Open Hospitality Roles on Migrate Mate
Use Migrate Mate to filter Midas Hospitality's open hospitality positions by visa type. This lets you identify which roles are actively sponsoring and match your immigration status before you spend time applying through the company's general careers page.

Find Hospitality at Midas Hospitality JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Midas Hospitality sponsor H-1B visas for Hospitality roles?
Midas Hospitality's hospitality roles generally fall under visa categories like H-2B, TN, and employment-based Green Cards rather than H-1B. Most front-line and operational hospitality positions don't meet the H-1B specialty occupation standard, which requires at least a bachelor's degree in a directly related field. If you hold a hospitality management degree and are targeting a management-level role, it's worth raising directly with the hiring team.
How do I apply for Hospitality jobs at Midas Hospitality?
You can browse Midas Hospitality's open hospitality positions through Migrate Mate, which filters roles by visa sponsorship type so you can confirm your visa category is supported before applying. Once you identify a role, submit your application through Midas Hospitality's careers portal. Tailor your resume to the specific property and brand, and be prepared to discuss your work authorization status early in the process.
Which visa types does Midas Hospitality commonly use for Hospitality roles?
Midas Hospitality sponsors H-2B visas for temporary and seasonal hospitality positions, TN visas for eligible Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying roles, F-1 OPT and CPT for students gaining practical training in hospitality, and EB-2 or EB-3 employment-based Green Cards for longer-term placements. The right category depends on your nationality, education, the specific role, and whether the position is seasonal or permanent.
What qualifications does Midas Hospitality expect for Hospitality roles?
Most operational and guest services roles require direct experience in hotel, food and beverage, or front desk functions. Management-level positions often expect several years of progressive experience, and some may prefer a degree in hospitality management or a related field. For sponsored roles, demonstrating hands-on experience in a U.S.-equivalent hotel environment strengthens your application significantly.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take when joining Midas Hospitality?
Timeline varies by visa category. H-2B petitions are tied to DOL filing windows that open months before the job start date. TN visas for Canadians can be processed at the border in a single day. EB-3 Green Card sponsorship through PERM typically takes one to three years from labor certification through USCIS approval. Confirm the expected timeline with your Midas Hospitality contact before finalizing your start date.
