Align Your Credentials to Munters' Technical Standards
Munters manufactures specialized industrial climate systems, so credentials in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering carry more weight than general manufacturing backgrounds. Document hands-on experience with HVAC systems, heat exchangers, or precision fabrication before applying.
Target Facilities With Active Production Demand
Munters operates manufacturing sites focused on air treatment and energy recovery equipment. Research which facilities are actively hiring for production or engineering roles, since sponsorship decisions are driven at the facility level, not corporate-wide.
Understand the LCA Filing for Manufacturing Roles
Before Munters files your H-1B petition, they must submit a Labor Condition Application to the DOL certifying the offered wage meets the prevailing wage for your specific manufacturing occupation and work location. Confirm your job title maps to the correct Standard Occupational Classification code.
Use Migrate Mate to Find Sponsoring Manufacturing Roles
Search Migrate Mate to browse open manufacturing positions at companies with verified sponsorship histories. Filtering by visa type lets you zero in on roles where H-1B or OPT sponsorship is actively supported, saving you from applying to positions that won't clear immigration.
Prepare for PERM's Prevailing Wage Requirements Early
If Munters pursues a Green Card through PERM for your manufacturing role, the DOL will audit whether your offered wage meets or exceeds the prevailing wage for that occupation. Request clarity on your job duties in writing so the role description survives PERM scrutiny without requiring amendments.

Find Manufacturing at Munters JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Munters sponsor H-1B visas for Manufacturing roles?
Yes, Munters has sponsored H-1B visas for manufacturing and engineering positions. Sponsorship is tied to the specific role and facility, so not every manufacturing opening will qualify. Roles that meet USCIS specialty occupation standards, typically requiring a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or technical field, are the most viable candidates for H-1B sponsorship at Munters.
How do I apply for Manufacturing jobs at Munters?
Applications go through Munters' careers portal, where manufacturing roles are listed by location and function. Tailoring your application to emphasize relevant equipment knowledge, such as experience with industrial air handling or energy recovery systems, aligns well with what Munters' hiring teams prioritize. You can also browse open Munters manufacturing positions filtered by visa sponsorship type on Migrate Mate.
Which visa types does Munters commonly use for Manufacturing positions?
Munters sponsors across several visa categories for manufacturing roles, including H-1B for specialty occupation positions, F-1 OPT and CPT for students and recent graduates, TN visas for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying engineering occupations, and J-1 for exchange-based roles. For longer-term employees, Munters has also supported EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways through the PERM labor certification process.
What qualifications does Munters expect for sponsored Manufacturing roles?
Most sponsored manufacturing roles at Munters require a bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering. Hands-on experience with industrial climate control systems, precision fabrication, or automated production processes strengthens an application significantly. For USCIS specialty occupation approval under H-1B, the degree field must align directly with the specific job duties outlined in the position description.
How do I plan my timeline if I'm waiting on H-1B sponsorship for a Munters manufacturing role?
The H-1B cap lottery opens each March for an October 1 start date, meaning there can be a six-month gap between selection and work authorization. If you're on OPT, a timely USCIS receipt notice for your H-1B petition activates the cap-gap extension, bridging that period. Coordinate your offer letter timing with Munters' HR team well before the March registration window to avoid missing the annual cycle.
