Does North American Dental Group sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, North American Dental Group sponsors H-1B visas. Their sponsorship activity is focused primarily on licensed clinical roles in dentistry and related healthcare fields. Because the H-1B requires a specialty occupation with a directly related degree, candidates in licensed dental roles are the strongest fit. If you're in a non-clinical support role, ask directly whether your position qualifies under their sponsorship criteria.
What visa types does North American Dental Group sponsor?
North American Dental Group sponsors H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT, and F-1 CPT work visas, and has an active track record with employment-based Green Card categories including EB-2 and EB-3. This range makes them a viable sponsor at multiple career stages, from dental students on practical training to experienced professionals pursuing permanent residency.
Which roles at North American Dental Group are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at North American Dental Group is concentrated in licensed clinical positions, particularly dentists and dental specialists. These roles require a professional degree with a direct field match, satisfying the specialty occupation standard for H-1B and the professional worker category for EB-3. Non-clinical administrative or operational roles are less commonly sponsored and should be confirmed on a case-by-case basis.
How do I apply for a sponsored role at North American Dental Group?
Start by identifying open roles that align with your licensure and degree. In your application materials, clearly state your visa status and authorization needs upfront. If selected for interviews, ask early whether the specific position is eligible for sponsorship and what the company's typical timeline looks like for initiating the process. Migrate Mate lists verified sponsoring employers like North American Dental Group so you can target roles where sponsorship is already confirmed.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take at North American Dental Group?
Timelines vary depending on the visa type. H-1B sponsorship is tied to the annual April lottery, so timing your job search to align with the filing window is essential. TN sponsorship can move significantly faster, often within weeks for Canadian and Mexican nationals. Green Card sponsorship through PERM and I-140 typically takes one to three years or more, depending on your country of birth and priority date. Clarify the company's process during the offer stage, not after.
