INTRODUCTION
We are now looking for a Datacenter Product Development Engineering Leader! NVIDIA Corporation is a world leader in visual computing technology. The GPU, which the company invented, serves as the visual cortex of modern computers and is at the heart of their products and services. NVIDIA has transformed into a specialized platform company that targets four large markets – Gaming, Professional Visualization, Datacenter and Automotive – where visual computing is essential and deeply valued. Their work also uncovers new universes to explore and enable amazing creativity and discovery by powering what was once thought to be science fiction inventions like artificial intelligence and autonomous cars.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborating with your peers across various engineering groups, you will successfully launch new NVIDIA AI Supercomputing Platforms to production. These purpose-built systems bring together the full power of NVIDIA GPUs, NVIDIA NVLink and NVIDIA InfinBand networking. With its end-to-end performance and flexibility, NVIDIA HGX and DGX enables researchers and scientists to combine simulation, data analytics, and AI to drive scientific progress. This product family represents the company’s fastest growing line of business as well as its largest total available market opportunity. We are looking for an engineering and product development leader to drive key aspects of the product engineering operations and technology for the enterprise and datacenter platforms who will bring deep knowledge and experience in GPU and/or CPU development, microarchitecture, design, architecture, as well as key technologies such as high-speed interconnects, memories (HBM, GDDR, etc.), system reliability, and server RAS features.
What you’ll be doing:
- In this capacity you will eventually own a product or series of products end-to-end through the entire product lifecycle; your role would be to ensure successful production ramps are achieved working through a large matrixed team. This position could be a manager or an individual contributor role.
- You'll be able to architect the test methodology for enterprise platform manufacturing tests; refine, revise and overhaul test and manufacturing flows; influence and drive software tools/infrastructure required for new product development, validation, and productization.
- Opportunity to work closely with architecture, hardware, software and product engineering teams through the product development lifecycle.
- Be ready to be challenged to assess new hardware features and architect manufacturing diagnostic tests using pre-beta CUDA and OpenGL extensions.
- You'll cultivate a deep understanding of NVIDIA's hardware and software architecture.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience as a people manager
- 10+ overall years experience with enterprise platforms, high speed interconnects, memories, board development concepts, operations and program management
- Strong engineering and/or program/project management background
- Track record of successfully leading complex projects with geographically diverse and large teams.
- Proven self-initiative, interpersonal skills, and flexibility to adapt to new technology.
- Strong problem solving and debugging expertise; track record of institutionalizing root-cause analysis.
- Deep expertise in software and hardware development.
With competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, we are widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers; we have some of the most forward-thinking and hardworking people in the world working for us and, due to unparalleled growth, best-in-class teams are rapidly growing. If you’re creative and autonomous with a real passion for your work, we want to hear from you!
Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD for Level 3, and 240,000 USD - 379,500 USD for Level 4.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
Applications for this job will be accepted at least until April 26, 2026.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Product Engineering Manager Jobs at NVIDIA Jobs
Align your credentials to NVIDIA's LCA filings
Search DOL's Labor Condition Application disclosure data for NVIDIA Product Engineering Manager filings to see which specializations they've sponsored. Tailor your resume to match the exact job titles and skill clusters appearing in those filings.
Target NVIDIA's hardware-facing product teams first
NVIDIA's product engineering roles span GPU architecture, systems software, and AI infrastructure. Roles tied to hardware product cycles tend to have longer headcount plans, which gives your sponsorship timeline more runway than project-based openings.
Prepare a portfolio of cross-functional delivery evidence
NVIDIA's hiring panels for this role weight evidence of shipping products across engineering and business stakeholders. Document two or three concrete examples where you drove a product milestone across teams, including scope, constraints, and outcome.
Clarify PERM timing before accepting any offer
If you're targeting a Green Card through NVIDIA, ask during the offer stage whether the role is approved for PERM sponsorship. Some internal transfer or contractor-converted positions carry restrictions that only surface after you've already signed.
Use Migrate Mate to surface NVIDIA openings filtered by visa type
Filter job listings by visa type on Migrate Mate to identify active NVIDIA Product Engineering Manager openings that align with H-1B or E-3 sponsorship. This narrows your search to roles where sponsorship is already expected rather than negotiated.

Find Product Engineering Manager at NVIDIA JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does NVIDIA sponsor H-1B visas for Product Engineering Managers?
Yes, NVIDIA sponsors H-1B visas for Product Engineering Manager roles. The company has an established immigration program and regularly files petitions for this function. If you're on OPT or currently hold an H-1B with another employer, NVIDIA's recruiting team can initiate a transfer or new cap-subject filing depending on your situation and timing.
Which visa types does NVIDIA commonly use for Product Engineering Manager roles?
NVIDIA sponsors H-1B visas for most work-authorized hires in this role, including cap-subject filings and cap-exempt transfers. Australian citizens can pursue the E-3 pathway, which skips the lottery entirely. For long-term permanent residence, NVIDIA supports EB-2 and EB-3 PERM-based Green Card sponsorship for eligible Product Engineering Manager positions.
What qualifications does NVIDIA expect for a Product Engineering Manager?
NVIDIA typically expects a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a closely related field, with a master's degree common among successful candidates. Hiring panels look for demonstrated experience managing product delivery across hardware or systems software teams, cross-functional stakeholder leadership, and direct exposure to silicon or platform engineering cycles.
How do I apply for Product Engineering Manager jobs at NVIDIA?
You can browse open Product Engineering Manager roles at NVIDIA directly through their careers site or use Migrate Mate to filter by visa type and find listings where sponsorship is explicitly supported. Before applying, review NVIDIA's active LCA filings on the DOL disclosure database to understand which teams and locations have recently sponsored this role.
How do I plan my timeline if NVIDIA is sponsoring my H-1B as a Product Engineering Manager?
If you need a new cap-subject H-1B, USCIS opens registration in March for an October 1 start date. Build your offer and onboarding timeline around that window. If you're transferring an existing H-1B, NVIDIA can file a portability petition and you can start on the receipt notice, which removes the October dependency entirely.
