Frame your credentials around program delivery
NVIDIA evaluates Program Associates on their ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional work. Tailor your resume to show end-to-end program ownership, not just task execution. Relevant certifications like PMP or Agile credentials strengthen your application.
Target NVIDIA's rotational and new grad pipelines
NVIDIA recruits Program Associates through structured early-career programs, often hiring months before the intended start date. If you're on OPT, align your application timeline so your offer and start date fall within your authorized work period.
Verify NVIDIA's E-3 sponsorship before interviewing
Australian nationals should confirm E-3 sponsorship availability early in the process. NVIDIA sponsors E-3 visas for qualifying roles, but you'll want the hiring team to confirm the position meets the specialty occupation standard before you clear later interview rounds.
Search NVIDIA Program Associate openings on Migrate Mate
NVIDIA posts Program Associate roles across multiple teams and locations. Use Migrate Mate to filter active NVIDIA openings by visa type, so you're only applying to roles with confirmed sponsorship for your specific situation.
Understand the LCA timing relative to your start date
Before NVIDIA can file your H-1B petition, they must submit a Labor Condition Application to the DOL. This step takes several business days and must be completed first. Account for this when negotiating your start date with the recruiting team.
Prepare for NVIDIA's internal immigration review process
NVIDIA works with outside immigration counsel to assess each role's sponsorship eligibility. If you're transitioning from OPT or another employer's H-1B, have your I-94 record, visa stamp, and most recent approval notices ready to share during the offer stage.

Find Program Associate at NVIDIA JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does NVIDIA sponsor H-1B visas for Program Associates?
Yes, NVIDIA sponsors H-1B visas for Program Associate roles that qualify as specialty occupations. The role must require a bachelor's degree or higher in a specific field, which Program Associate positions at NVIDIA typically satisfy given their technical and operational complexity. Your employer will need to file an LCA with the DOL before submitting the H-1B petition to USCIS.
How do I apply for Program Associate jobs at NVIDIA?
You can browse and apply for Program Associate roles at NVIDIA through NVIDIA's careers portal or through Migrate Mate, which filters NVIDIA job listings by visa sponsorship type so you can find roles that match your specific situation. NVIDIA's hiring process for this function typically includes an application review, recruiter screen, and multiple rounds of behavioral and operational interviews.
Which visa types does NVIDIA sponsor for Program Associate roles?
NVIDIA sponsors H-1B and E-3 visas for Program Associate roles, as well as employment-based Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3. The right visa depends on your nationality and situation. Australian citizens are eligible for the E-3, which has no lottery and can be processed faster than the H-1B. All other eligible nationalities typically go through the H-1B cap subject process.
What qualifications does NVIDIA expect for Program Associate roles?
NVIDIA typically looks for a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, engineering, computer science, or a related discipline. Beyond the degree, Program Associate candidates are expected to demonstrate strong project coordination skills, experience working across cross-functional teams, and comfort with data-driven decision making. Technical fluency is valued, given how deeply embedded NVIDIA's programs are in its product and engineering ecosystem.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for a NVIDIA Program Associate offer?
Timeline depends on visa type. H-1B sponsorship is tied to USCIS's April lottery cycle, meaning a cap-subject petition can take six months or more from selection to October 1 start. E-3 processing through a U.S. consulate in Australia typically takes two to four weeks. USCIS premium processing, when available, can reduce H-1B adjudication to around 15 business days. Align your offer negotiation with these timelines.
