Align your credentials to infrastructure project delivery
Quanta's Program Associate roles typically require demonstrated experience coordinating large-scale field or construction programs. Before applying, document specific examples of schedule management, subcontractor coordination, or capital project support that map directly to energy infrastructure work.
Target Quanta's subsidiary and regional operating companies
Quanta operates through dozens of subsidiaries across electric power, pipeline, and renewable energy. Program Associate openings often post under regional entities rather than the parent brand, so searching by subsidiary name broadens your exposure to active roles with sponsorship potential.
Verify your OPT or CPT timing against Quanta's hiring cycle
Quanta's infrastructure programs run on project cycles tied to utility contracts. If you're on F-1 OPT, confirm your remaining authorization window covers at least six months of employment before an H-1B filing can take effect, or discuss CPT options with your DSO early.
Understand how TN status applies to your role
If you're a Canadian or Mexican national, TN classification can be a faster path into a Program Associate role than H-1B. Confirm with the hiring team that your job duties map to a qualifying TN category before the offer stage, since this affects how the role is documented.
Clarify sponsorship scope before accepting an offer
Ask Quanta's HR team directly whether the offer includes H-1B cap-season filing, premium processing, and coverage of USCIS petition fees. Getting this confirmed in writing before signing protects you if internal policies change between offer and filing.
Use Migrate Mate to find open Program Associate roles at Quanta
Program Associate positions at Quanta can be scattered across subsidiary brands and regions. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group openings that list visa sponsorship, so you're targeting roles where the process is already in motion.

Find Program Associate at Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group sponsor H-1B visas for Program Associates?
Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group does sponsor H-1B visas, including for Program Associate roles. The company operates across energy infrastructure sectors where specialized program coordination skills are in demand. If you're a strong candidate for a Program Associate position, it's worth asking during the offer stage whether the role qualifies for H-1B sponsorship and what the company's standard filing timeline looks like.
Which visa types are commonly used for Program Associate roles at Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group?
Quanta has sponsored H-1B visas for professional roles and also works with candidates on F-1 OPT and CPT for early-career hires. Canadian and Mexican nationals may also qualify under TN status if the Program Associate role aligns with a covered occupational category. The right visa type depends on your nationality, educational background, and where you are in your immigration timeline.
What qualifications or experience does Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group expect for Program Associate roles?
Program Associate roles at Quanta typically require a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field. Practical experience with project scheduling, contract coordination, or field operations in energy or infrastructure settings strengthens your application significantly. Familiarity with utility construction, pipeline programs, or renewable energy project delivery aligns well with the work these teams manage.
How do I apply for Program Associate jobs at Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group?
You can search for Program Associate openings directly on Quanta's careers site, but roles often post under subsidiary company names rather than the Quanta parent brand. Migrate Mate aggregates visa-sponsoring employers in one place, making it easier to find Quanta-affiliated Program Associate roles that have active sponsorship. When you apply, tailor your resume to reflect infrastructure program coordination experience specific to energy sectors.
How do I time my application around the H-1B cap season for a role at Quanta?
H-1B cap-subject petitions must be filed by April 1 for an October 1 start date, with registration typically opening in March. If you're targeting a Program Associate role at Quanta and need H-1B sponsorship, aim to have an offer finalized by February to give HR enough lead time. Candidates already in the U.S. on F-1 OPT can often begin work while a cap-season petition is pending, provided OPT authorization remains valid.
