Align your credentials to infrastructure project support
Quanta runs complex, multi-site energy projects where Program Assistants handle scheduling, documentation, and coordination. Tailor your resume to show experience with project tracking systems, field operations support, or construction program administration rather than generic administrative work.
Target Quanta's regional operating companies directly
Quanta operates through dozens of subsidiary companies across the energy sector. Program Assistant openings often post under specific subsidiaries rather than the Quanta parent brand, so search by operating company names alongside the parent to avoid missing open roles.
Clarify TN eligibility before your interview
If you hold Canadian or Mexican citizenship, TN status can apply to certain professional categories that overlap with Program Assistant duties. Confirm with the hiring team which visa pathway they intend to use so you arrive at the offer stage with the right documentation ready.
Use Migrate Mate to surface current openings faster
Quanta's Program Assistant roles appear across multiple subsidiaries and regions. Use Migrate Mate to filter for open positions at Quanta that include visa sponsorship, so you spend less time manually cross-referencing job boards and subsidiary company sites.
Front-load your F-1 OPT timeline into your job search
F-1 OPT authorization gives you 12 months to secure employment. Because Quanta's H-1B sponsorship process requires lead time for LCA filing and USCIS petition prep, starting your application process at least six months before OPT expiration gives the recruiting team enough runway.
Prepare your I-129 supporting documents before the offer stage
Once Quanta extends an offer, the H-1B filing process moves quickly. Having your educational credentials evaluated, employment history documented, and degree transcripts ready lets your employer file the USCIS I-129 petition without delays caused by missing paperwork on your end.

Does Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group sponsor H-1B visas for Program Assistants?
Yes, Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group sponsors H-1B visas for Program Assistant roles. Sponsorship is processed through the employer, which means Quanta files the Labor Condition Application with the DOL and the I-129 petition with USCIS on your behalf. Sponsorship availability can vary by subsidiary and location, so confirming directly with the recruiting team during the interview process is advisable.
How do I apply for Program Assistant jobs at Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group?
You can search for Program Assistant openings through Quanta's careers portal or through Migrate Mate, which filters job listings by visa sponsorship availability. Because Quanta operates through regional subsidiaries, listings may appear under affiliate company names. Applying early and noting your visa status in your cover letter helps the recruiting team route your application to the right hiring manager.
Which visa types does Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group commonly use for Program Assistant roles?
Quanta sponsors H-1B visas for Program Assistants in specialty occupation roles and supports F-1 OPT and CPT for students completing relevant degree programs. TN status is also an option for qualified Canadian and Mexican nationals depending on the specific duties of the role. The appropriate visa type depends on your citizenship, degree field, and the specific Program Assistant position.
What qualifications and experience does Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group expect for Program Assistants?
Quanta typically looks for candidates with a bachelor's degree in a field relevant to energy infrastructure, project management, or business operations. Practical experience with project scheduling tools, document control systems, or field coordination in a construction or utility environment strengthens an application. Familiarity with how large-scale infrastructure programs are structured is a meaningful differentiator for this role.
How do I plan my timeline around H-1B sponsorship at Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group?
The H-1B cap registration window opens each March for an October 1 start date, so timing your job search to receive an offer before late February is critical. If you're on F-1 OPT, you can begin working while the H-1B petition is pending under the cap-gap rule. Coordinating your application timeline with Quanta's recruiting team early ensures the LCA and USCIS filing steps stay on track.
