Frame credentials around infrastructure project delivery
Quanta's Program Manager roles center on utility-scale construction and field operations. Highlight experience managing multi-site energy projects, contractor coordination, or capital programs. Immigration reviewers and hiring teams both need to see direct alignment with infrastructure program scope.
Target roles tied to active project pipelines
Quanta runs a high volume of concurrent Program Manager openings across transmission, distribution, and renewable energy programs. Apply to roles linked to active awarded contracts rather than standing requisitions, as those positions move faster to offer and sponsorship decisions.
Clarify your OPT or TN status early in conversations
Quanta has sponsored both TN and F-1 OPT categories for this function. If you're on OPT, confirm your STEM extension eligibility before your first interview. Canadian and Mexican nationals should verify that their Program Manager role maps to a qualifying TN profession category under the USMCA.
Align your offer timeline with H-1B cap windows
H-1B cap-subject petitions must be filed by April 1 for an October 1 start. If you receive an offer in the fall or winter, work with Quanta's HR team to confirm they'll register you in the USCIS lottery the following March rather than waiting for a new hiring cycle.
Use Migrate Mate to surface active Program Manager openings
Quanta posts Program Manager roles across multiple subsidiaries and regional operations, which makes tracking openings inconsistent on general job boards. Search Migrate Mate to filter specifically for visa-sponsored Program Manager positions at Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group in one place.
Confirm petitioner entity before your I-129 is filed
Quanta operates through numerous subsidiary legal entities. Make sure the H-1B petitioner name on your I-129 matches the actual employing entity, not the parent company. A mismatch between your offer letter and the USCIS petition can trigger a Request for Evidence and delay your start date.

Find Program Manager at Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group sponsor H-1B visas for Program Managers?
Yes, Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group sponsors H-1B visas for Program Manager roles. Because these positions require specialized expertise in energy infrastructure project delivery, they generally satisfy the specialty occupation standard USCIS uses to evaluate H-1B eligibility. If you're cap-subject, sponsorship would depend on clearing the annual lottery, so timing your offer relative to the April 1 filing deadline matters.
How do I apply for Program Manager jobs at Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group?
Quanta posts Program Manager openings across its subsidiaries and regional operating companies, so listings can be scattered. The most reliable approach is to browse Migrate Mate, which aggregates visa-sponsored Program Manager roles at Quanta in one searchable feed. You can also apply directly through Quanta's careers portal, but make sure to specify your work authorization status upfront so recruiters can route your application correctly.
Which visa types does Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group use for Program Manager positions?
Quanta has used H-1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visa categories for Program Manager roles. F-1 OPT is most common for recent graduates entering project coordination functions. TN is an efficient path for Canadian and Mexican nationals whose role aligns with a qualifying profession. H-1B provides the longest-term work authorization for those intending to build a career at Quanta.
What qualifications does Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group look for in Program Manager candidates?
Quanta's Program Manager roles in the energy sector typically require a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related technical field, combined with experience managing complex infrastructure or utility programs. Familiarity with field operations, subcontractor oversight, and project controls is valued. For visa purposes, your degree should directly correspond to the technical nature of the role to support an H-1B specialty occupation argument.
How long does the sponsorship process take for a Program Manager role at Quanta?
Timeline depends on visa type. F-1 OPT authorization is already in place when you start, though your employer needs to be registered with E-Verify. TN status for Canadians can be obtained at the border in a single day. H-1B sponsorship takes longer: USCIS processes standard petitions in three to six months, or two to four weeks with premium processing. Build that timeline into your offer negotiation so your start date is realistic.
